Dee-Jay's Sash & Glass

We needed two bathrooms done -- one with a small door and the other with two glass walls formed into a corner. Not only did we get exactly what we asked for (rainglass, the diamon-fusion glass) but it was beautifully done. Very professional and the installation was fast. Team was professional and awesome. We're so pleased! Definitely recommend.

I would contact another Milgard Dealer if you can. Everyone I worked with at this company was rude. The guy who gave us the estimate (Tom) and anyone who called me with the follow up information was rude. We ask Tom multiple times not to touch our delicate stair railing that was being installed at the time he came to give us an estimate, but he wouldnt listed.

He became condescending when we asked him multiple times to be careful not to touch our breakable railing. Milgard was unable to make a few arched windows that I have in my house. I tried to think of solutions, like to order the 4 arches from somewhere else and do the rest of my 30 windows with milgard, but Dee Jay would not do 30 windows if they couldnt do all 34.

We thought about changing the arches to squares, they still turned us away. They did not want our business and told us to go somewhere else to find windows (literally this is what they said!). Now I'm back to calling other Milgard suppliers to help and the other companies seem much easier to work with and willing to help

On advice from a neighbor who used them for their window installation I decided to have them replace my windows & patio door. About 5 years ago my trim & siding around my patio door started rotting after they installed my windows. I thought it was the contractor who does the work in our HOA, notified my HOA they stated, not their problem, any window replacement issues are on me.

I was faced with over $7000 out of pocket contractor fees (which my personal homeowners contents insurance would not cover as my insurance covers issues inside) and had to replace all the siding & trim around my patio door and reinstall the door, only to find that Dee Jays never installed the patio door properly (forti-flash not installed to deflect the water which caused the dry rot) which was extensive to the point that contractor stated the door was ready to literally fall out if leaned upon. #2, I now have water leaking, stain, around my dining room window pane in the corner; called Dee-Jays the other day to come take a look, she tried telling me "oh it's condensation from the rain", I'm not stupid and tried explaining this is not condensation, and she kept talking over me, and would not let me speak, RUDE, and told me they would not be able to come out until the end of January, I then made the mistake of telling her this is not the first problem with my windows they installed, and had issues with my patio door in the past, she then started yelling at me, asking me "Who is this, what's your name", asking personal questions about where I live, etc. mentioning a contractor (who I wont mention) as if it was their fault, etc. and then told me they will not be coming out and hung up on me. Dee Jay's, take some responsibility for the shoddy work you have done; those of you that have had them do work, I would check for dry rot around your home as well, especially your patio doors. They provide great customer service when selling you a product, until you have issues, well that's a different story

Dee Jay's replaced all the single pane windows in our home with double pane windows. From the beginning and throughout the entire job, the installers were professional, respectful, thorough and highly competent. I will be referring all of our friends to Dee Jay's.

I have a small commercial building with glass storefront windows. Dee Jay's has replaced them as they fail in addition to repairing the glass doors. They are prompt, fair price and do impeccable work.

The best glass place who is efficient and priced for quality and great products. The only glass place to use in Santa Rosa. Would highly recommend staying away from Jack Smith Glass and Sash and Santa Rosa window and glass as HORRIBLE service, ridiculous price gouging and wouldn't even wast your time anywhere but DeeJays!

Fabulous job! Not the cheapest but the most professional and they instilled trusts from day one. They set an expectation the discussed market issues possible delays they estimated time and price and the helped fine requirements so we didn't over pay. Then they brought it in on budget and earlier than expected. Front front desk to install fellows we enjoyed every interaction. If you want quality of you want professionals if you want folks who treat their staff well go with this company we are glad we did

I can't be more impressed with Dee Jay's. We didn't know anything about glass work, but we needed a shower door replaced and a slider/screen combo fixed in the living room. These guys are friendly. And they know exactly what they're doing. I had full faith in their project, and they delivered and awesome result. They came across a strange issue with the way the original door was built, yet were able to overcome the challenge of it, and cosmetically you can't even tell. If you're looking, look no further than Dee Jay's. I'm serious.

I needed two mirrors cut down a little. Dee Jay's was able to squeeze me in and cut them so quickly! They were so friendly and accommodating even in these crazy times. I would definitely use them again or refer them to friends/family.

Holy moly! We had a big(ish) job! Eleven windows, including 2 sliders - and one is HUGE - and on THREE floors! 1st day, 4 guys - Pete, Shane, Jorge (George) and Conner. They arrived on time and got down to work. The house was buzzing and these guys worked hard. They showed attention to all the little details, tidied up behind themselves, and frankly, they all did a wonderful job, start to finish.

Day 2 we only had Pete and Jorge, and they were there at EXACTLY when they said they would be - got down to business and once again, we are happy campers! A special shout-out to Jorge because I'm generally a picky wreck about details, and I could quickly tell that he's as much of a perfectionist as I am, so I just relaxed. Our windows look gorgeous, the house is amazingly quiet and looks so new you'd think we'd moved!

We just keep walking around saying "Wow! WOW!" We got a lot of estimates, since we knew it would be a big, expensive job and Dee-Jay's had the best price, the best guarantee (good windows too, Milguard - guaranteed for life) and even the guy who came out to do the estimate, Alan, mentioned some important things in his walk-through that none of the other companies did. (like "what direction do you want the casement to open?") The installers are so pleasant to work with, the entire job was so easy that we couldn't ask for more. If I could I would give them TEN stars!

I have had several projects with Dee-Jay's and highly recommend them. Yesterday was typical. The appointment was made last week for between 1 and 3 pm. The crew showed up a few minutes before 1, finished the project in less than an hour, and cleaned up nicely. They even took a few minutes to address a leak in a different window that I had not mentioned to the dispatcher.

This company did an excellent job of installing new glass in my sliding glass door. They came when they said they would, installed the glass quickly, and put back in place the things that they had to move. I am very impressed!

From the time Alan gave us our bid to when Julie helped me with a broken pane replacement, Dee Jays is the best. Order, scheduling and delivery was perfect.

DeeJay's has always done a great job for us.until now. We ordered shower glass which they installed. And it leaked. And it was repaired. And it still leaks. Multiple phone calls to have it fixed were not returned and when we finally reached someone in the office, we were told that shower glass deflectors are not made to be water tight. Wait, what?

We were waiting the delivery of a window for our kitchen, only to find out today that the window was not ordered. We will never use DeeJay's again, and suggest people stay away until they get their internal office issues resolved.

Very nice, I had called Freidmans to see if they had any window panes ( I had just broken my kitchen window) he recommended DeeJays. I had tried a couple other places and no one was able to help me the same day. But Dee Jays did. They did a great job and it was ready the same day. :)

Today I went to Dee-Jay's to see if they had a replacement lock for our sliding glass door. They were recommend to us as they have Milgard products. The woman in the office, I wish I had asked for her name, was very helpful. She wasn't sure if they had the lock but went and checked. She came out with the only one they had and just gave it to me. She did not want any money. I was so appreciative of her kindness. Thank you so much for your generosity. It made my day.

We are extremely happy with the installation of new windows and sliding glass doors at our Residential Care Home for the Elderly in Sebastopol. Being December and very cold it was important to get this job done quickly and efficiently to keep the residents comfortable, warm and happy. As you can imagine we were a bit hesitant to take on this project due to having to shuffle the elderly residents back and forth for the work to be done.

The installation crew was extremely helpful and made it clear they would work around us and not us around them. Everyone in the crew was personable and respectful of each resident as they worked around their individual rooms. Their quality of work and detail was exceptional. We just had Dee Jay's replace 11 windows for us. Initially it was difficult to receive a quote from them. Then it took 6 weeks to get the windows ordered and installed. The installers were good, very efficient and polite. Somehow an extra window was ordered. The salesman, Alan, and the manager, Kelly, were reluctant to tell me what the window cost since they bid the job as a whole.

They were very rude. We did a remodel 14 years ago and 21 years ago and purchased all of our windows from them. We remodeled a bathroom 2 years ago and purchased the shower door from them. We will never do any business with them again.

Dee Jay's recently replaces 34 construction grade windows on my house. Their crew and workmanship was outstanding. It's difficult in the trade industry to feel absolute trust with the crew preforming the work. With Dee Jay's I had just that. I am very happy with their quality of work and would highly recommend their services. It explains why they have been in business for over 50 years.
