They came out the same day we reported a problem with our garage door. The technician was professional, he even waited for me to come home because he couldn't access the garage. Our door was fixed within 20 minutes of his arrival. I don't know about prices because we rent and this was paid by the homeowner.

Responded and serviced my garage door very quickly. Repairman arrived when scheduled (which is always appreciated) and my garage door was quickly repaired. I'd highly recommend this company.

Service representative was on time, knowledgeable, and corrected our problem, changed the code, and tested it. Works fine, great customer service.

These guys are awesome. I had a garage door spring break and was stuck in the house with the car locked in the garage. It was late afternoon. They had someone out here by 8am. I decided to get a new garage door which they just installed. Mike did an awesome job and cleaned up after he was done. The garage looks better than when he started. They also fixed an issue on a rental in a timely matter at a reasonable cost. I will use them again for any issues.

I spoke to Doug in the Show Room and he was exceptionally helpful. They offered a free estimate. Then Joe, a Technician came out and was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. There was no pressure! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Completely amazed and satisfied! I had Design Array replace our broken tension spring around 5+ years ago. When I called Monday morning around 8am, I told them they replaced the spring several years ago and I wasn't sure if it was under warranty or not. I then told them, either way my spring broke again and needed it fixed. I had a technician at the house within an hour and he fixed it. Luckily it was under warranty and they honored that warranty no questions ask. The technician was done within 45 minutes and the garage was working like new! Thanks you Design Array!
