I had an emergency repair needed for my company gate and called DGO. Not expecting service today because of the short notice I was pleasantly surprised when Ellie arranged technician Kyle to come out today and do the needed repairs. Kyle was professional and really knew what he was doing. And a great representative for the company as well! Ellie listened to my urgent needs and made it happen! Awesome service!

I called DGO Access LLC with an inquiry about a garage door part I wanted to purchase. When I called, I first spoke with a kind girl in the office who passed on the info onto David. David called and was very kind in telling me that the part I was asking about was, in fact, not necessary, and that actually needed something else. he talked me through part numbers and how to set it all up. I'm very thankful for the honesty and helpfulness in getting the correct part figured out for what I want to do.

Incredible customer service. I found a small broken piece for my garage door from them. I called them and they asked for pictures to make sure I have the right piece. Once I showed up to pick it up, the owner spend time showing me how to install it and then did not charge me for it! I tried another shop before them who gave me no help. My garage is fixed because David spent time showing me how to do the part. Such great customer service. I am very impressed and will go back to them

The DGO owner, Dave really tried to talk me thru the repair of my gate prior to a service guy coming out but alas my technical skill set was lacking. I give him high marks for taking the 20-30 minutes of effort. What other service providers try to prevent a service call first and foremost.

We have worked with DGO for 5 + years. They are a truly caring and dedicated company. David and John are professional and trustworthy, and their staff has been nothing but polite. Service is completed quickly and I would recommend this company to anyone looking.

Best gate and access control company this side of the Mississippi! The owner dave is very accommodating and they also have a great welding department to handle any and all of your fabrication needs.

Dave the Owner of DGO will rip you off! He wont show you the service guys tracker and charged me 2.5 hours for 23 minutes of work. Stole my dolly and only cause the Sales Manager John is honest got that returned after buying a new one. 4 calls into the owner, no reply. Maybe this review and official complaints to the CO BBB will get his attention.

Go elsewhere for gate service or prepare to get screwed! Budd 10-26-18 As a follow on to the above, the BBB got involved and reached out to the Business. The owner called me and was very responsive and accommodating and resolved the issue amicably. He actually said the invoice should have been covered under warranty in the first place. I raised my rating from 1 Star to 3 stars and only because it was resolved.

I will use these guys again if I need repairs but get pay only on true time and materials, not an estimated time. Had we not had the issue in the first place I would have originally have given them 4 Stars. Thank you BBB Budd
