Great customer service and communication. I had Window replacement in my kitchen garden window box. The Installer Nate was on time, very conscientious, and, did a phenomenal job measuring and installing the new glass. This is the 3rd time I've used Diablo Glass and was 100% satisfied!

I first went there in the mid 70's. The customer service was exceptional back then. Had my showers installed by Diablo glass in 1985. Great service then as well. Fast forward to 2022. I needed some weatherstripping that had worn out. They had the weatherstripping and they gave it to me for free! A great family business that has kept its old school family values in their business.

Great experienced and friendly help. No sheenanigans here. Gary and Yvonne were super helpful.

We had the exterior pane of glass break on our double pain window. I called in to get an estimate and they were friendly and helpful. They told me to drop the window off for official measurements and they'd order the glass. At drop off they took the measurements and matched the glass type and even offered me a Diablo Glass hat. One week later my glass was in and I dropped the window off for installation. 2 hours later my window was ready and looked as good as new. Would certainly do business again.

My first experience with glass shower enclosure for a custom build pan/ seat shower. I was absolutely thrilled from first contact to finished job? Initial call answered all my questions / gave some suggestions I had not thought of, and loads if project specific info. Bob came to measure and he also was polite, knowledgeable. Needed piece of replacement glass to replace a weird size poster glass that broke. They did so quickly, compensating for my poor measuring skills to ensure the piece fit my frame. Thank you very much! Will head to Diablo Glass again if need arises. *****5 stars *****

The folks at Diablo Glass were responsive and easy to work with. Kathy in the office took good care of us. She scheduled Bob to come measure about 10 days out, then called to offer an appointment sooner when they had a cancellation. Then when we scheduled the installation (5 windows replacement glass), we were also able to get a quick appointment due to Kathy's diligence.

The workers, Nate and Ezekiel, were respectful and hard working. They showed up on time and completed the job in less time than expected. We had a rubber strip that needed replacing on our stall shower, and they took care of that as well while they were at our home. All in all, we had a great experience and will highly recommend Diablo Glass!

Horrible customer service and TERRIBLE work. I have yet to have a simple screen door installed for nearly 7 months. Each time the wait for another technician to come out is close to 1 month and each time they never solve the problem. Worst experience.

I wanted to replace my Lulu & Georgia mirror and called for quote but once arrived the price changed because of shape and payment method. There was no greeting upon entering and it seemed as though I was a nuance. I would've been happy to have paid in cash (there's extra charge if you pay with CC or Debit), all extra charges and all, but I was not happy with my initial experience. Left and Thankfully I found Concord Glass. My mirror was fixed within 2 hours and a Happy experience! People and service make a huge difference.

We ordered a frameless shower door from Diablo Glass when we replaced the bathtub with a walk in shower. Bob and John came out and got the measurements and three weeks later John installed the shower door giving meticulous attention to the spacing and clearances around the shower door. It took John close to 5 hours to make sure the shower door was securely installed to my satisfaction by consulting me 3-4 times during the installation process. We've been repeat customers of Diablo Glass for all the projects involving two houses and duplex rentals in contra costa county. Kathy in the office, Bob and John for the shower door measurements and installation give customers the best value for their money.

I came in to get a couple of doors from my lawyers bookcase fixed and they had had my replacements ready in just a couple of days! Beautiful work and at a very reasonable price! I'll definitely be coming back!

When a golf ball went through my window I called several glass shops for a quote. Diablo glass was the only one willing to schedule an appointment in a reasonable timeframe (despite also being super busy I'm sure), and quoted a much more reasonable price. They showed up on time and finished the job quickly and with quality. Highly recommend.

I had a consultant come over to inspect my windows for air leaks and he was the most unhelpful person I had interacted with that day. His comment at the door, without even looking at the windows, was air is everywhere and you can't fight with it! The whole interaction started with his unwillingness to even acknowledge the problem. Eventually when I did get him to take a look at a specific window out of the whole house, he didn't offer any professional advice that I hadn't already tried.

Tim was awesome! He took the extra time to repair our sliding door track so our new screen would slide smoothly. He was super kind, very professional, and did a great job. We highly recommend!

They fixed my broken bedroom window in a day after the glass came in after four days. They even replaced a missing part at no additional charge. They charged me roughly half of what the competitors were quoting me for the job.

Our second job with Diablo glass finished yesterday and we couldn't be happier. Once again Pat and the DG team delivered stellar service and craftsmanship, replacing two single pane metal framed windows with dual glazed white vinyl frames windows in under 3 hours' time.

We have essentially redone our condo from top to bottom this past year. Diablo Glass installed our shower door and were AMAZING. From start to finish, everything was convenient and incredible. They responded to our emails quickly, offers options in our price range that met all our requested specs, and following up with phone calls to confirm everything. Pat came to install our shower door and he was a delight.

He kept his mask on the entire time, finished quickly and was barely noticeable. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I almost wish we had more shower doors to install. I would have ZERO hesitation recommend them, and Pat especially, to any of my friends doing bathroom renovations.

If I can give no stars I would. I went there couple days ago with a question. The lady I believe her name is Yvette was very rude and there was a moment we're she didn't let me finish talking and cut me off. This place does very good work, but there should be better attitude when it comes To reception/customer service. I was very upset and I wouldn't go back to this place.

Job completed, Called back for punch list items. No hesitation! Made corrections and client pleased! A Contractor is no better than his subs! 5 Stars for Customer Service! In this day. Customer Service is few. and. far between!

I looked this place up on line. When I got there, it was difficult to see and park, plus traffic. Front door was deadbolted locked, although the store hours on line & on front door clearly says they are open. People inside, as I walked back around, I was told showroom is closed & I should look at their website? Not sure if she didn't let me in because I was Mexican? But If I wanted to look at their website, I wouldn't have driven all the way to the store, I would have bought it on EBay!

I recently bought a wine cabinet and wanted to protect the wooden top from drunk adults and condensation off of the white/sparkling wine buckets. I initially looked online for custom glass tops but remembered in college I worked for a furniture store and we often outsourced to glass cutters. A quick Yelp search brought me to Diablo Glass. I called and they were able to provide a price quote of $37 over the phone and said I can come in, and the order and pick up the glass top the next day!

Online quotes were around $80 and had a week turn around service! I walked in on a Friday morning, the staff was very friendly and helpful and called me 5 hours later to let me know my glass top was ready for pick up! My glass top came out beautifully and now I'm walking around my house wondering what else needs glass! Lol

Great local shop for all is your glass needs. Parking is a like tricky, but it is easy to find near downtown Concord. Had some custom glass pieces made for furniture tops and it came out great.

Tim came out to do an inspection of the windows In a house I was purchasing. He worked through his meal break in order to get everything done for us. Fantastic customer service Tim. This customer appreciated it very much.
