Toby was great, very responsive. Squeezed our project into his schedule in a very timely fashion. The crew was great. They cut the foundation and installed 2 windows in one day. AND, in the same day, they cut and removed and hauled away a large piece of concrete floor from the basement so I could add some bathroom plumbing. Service: Window installation

Toby gave me a fair estimate and was very helpful in explaining the process to install an egress window. Crew members: Josh, Jason, Caleb, and Aron were all very friendly. They answered all of my questions and provided additional information, which was very helpful. Crew members respected my wish to wear masks indoors. They made sure I was satisfied before they left. Based on my experience to get an egress window installed, I have no problem recommending this crew. Great job!

We had window wells that deteriorated so bad that there were holes in the metal. We have also had problems with water coming into the basement through the windows. In the year of Covid-19 I have had a terrible time getting businesses to call me back, obtaining estimates and getting the job done. Not a problem with Direct Egress! I called to get an estimate. Toby came out the next day.
He gave me an estimate on the spot. The crew (5 men) came out 3 weeks later and got the job done and cleaned up in less than 3 hours. They were all very helpful and answered all our questions. All I can say is Excellent!
