Jeff and company have been excellent. I had a large window purchased and installed by them. They are now coming back to do two more. As I got bids on my windows and other items for my remodel I ran into a lot of price gauging, giving one quote then changing when they showed up for measurements. Jeff's pricing was very reasonable and his crew was very professional. I highly recommend them!

We recently replaced two sliding doors and three windows with Distinctive Home Improvements. Danny and his team did a perfect job, all within one day. They are funny and personable and professional. They go the full nine yards with making sure that additional things get done -- like re-screening a sliding door they put in 15 years ago (at no extra charge). In additional, a separate person was sent out two days later to do a minor repair in the concrete near one of the doors. I would highly recommend this company.

We have always wanted to upgrade our backyard and finally decided to do it during the pandemic lockdown. A panoramic door was the perfect finish to a long process and since it involves some structural engineering, we wanted to make sure that it was done right. We feel so fortunate that Distinctive Home Improvement was able to accommodate our request given the fact that they have been so busy and they were based in San Diego and our home is in Ventura.

They did an excellent job. Marty's attention to detail was impressive. They were on time and very professional. I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and I can certainly say that dealing with Jeff the owner and Marty, his main foreman, was such a pleasant, fun, and painless experience. I feel that photos that I have attached says it all.

Jeff, Kelly, and Lawrence, as well as Danny and the team of installers were amazing. Our experience with Distinctive Home Improvements was 100% positive. The windows were installed in a timely fashion with great care and skill. I thought our huge picture window was going to be a challenge, but posed no problem. They look amazing! The manufacturer had a small error in one of the doors. Danny made sure to show me that and we'll have it corrected as soon as the new doorhandle comes in from the manufacturer. Any questions I had during the process were answered promptly. I highly recommend this company!

Talk about above and beyond service! I am still absolutely floored by this amazing company! Jeff came by today and helped us with our window/siding/flashing leak. He is a preeminent expert at what he does, we have had this issue for going on 3 years now. Jeff was able to identify the problem and help us get on the right path in under 30 minutes. Jeff and his company will get all of our window, door, siding, stucco etc. business for our primary home and our rentals in San Diego for life!

I contacted 4 companies to replace a sliding glass door in my home. Distinctive was the most competitive price with the quickest installation schedule. I had to replace all the windows and doors in a home purchased for renovation. I contacted Distinctive Home Improvements based on online reviews, along with a few other companies. I spoke with Jeff, the owner. He came out the next day to see the job and I had a quote within hours. When someone is that dedicated, I could tell the job was going to get done.

I ordered all the replacements windows and doors, within a few weeks the whole house was updated. The crew was pleasant and considerate of my time frame of the renovation schedule. I'm looking forward to more projects with this company.
