The 2020 derecho damaged my chain link fence and I decided it was time for an upgrade to a 6' wood privacy fence. Admittedly most of Ames needed fence repairs so it was awhile before they could get to me. I would say it was worth the wait though. The fence looks great and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism I received throughout the entire process from estimate, to tear-out, and through installation. Would highly recommend.

We have had such positive experiences with the Door & Fence store! On a recent call regarding a non-working garage door they sent staff out immediately to diagnose the problem and scheduled a replacement installation for the next day. Quality work, had both doors installed in a few hours and cleaned up work area. The only thing that i did not like was communication. I did the online form to get a quote and didn't hear anything until a few days later. Until the guy was already on the way to my house and i was work. Luckily I was able to get off work, but it would have been nice to have it scheduled.
