The owner and sales staff were all professional and enjoyable to work with. The product is well made, fits perfectly and looks clean and sharp. The mechanics of the automatic opener is quiet and runs smoothly. The install went much quicker than anticipated and the people installing them were both efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall we are very pleased in the whole process and we have a better looking garage to enjoy.

The service guy was slower than Molasses and they charge hourly. He called me prior to the service call and asked me questions and i explained i would be happy to get him accurate answers. He told me he had another call coming in, drove to my house to get the answers then back to the shop then back to my house.and charged me for the entire time. Pretty expensive for the work done. Not impressed.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service! Bob was GREAT to work with! During my initial phone call, he took the initiative to schedule a site visit to diagnose a serious problem AND scheduled a repair time a few days after at the same time so we were able to get the repair done sooner. The technician who did the repair did an excellent job (sorry, I don't know his name as I wasn't there at the time).

I was scheduled for repair on my garage door about 2:00 pm on the 15th, I was called at 10:30 am saying that the repairman was on his way and was very happy. I had a noon meeting so wasn't sure if I'd be home in time so this worked out perfect. The repairman was very thorough in checking everything and the door is working perfectly again. Thank you for such prompt and great service.

Called them to install a door I got from home depot. Bob who is super friendly and personable was quick to get me an estimate. Despite being so busy they were able to fit me in. The installer got the door up way faster than I expected, he was professional and cleaned up after. I will go to them again when the time comes.
