I'm so happy with the service from this company, Felix and staff were so friendly. The team who came to install for us were fast, professional, and just as excited as I was to have them as I was. Very pleased and my house looks great! Thank you team.

Awful management. 1 star because they have 1 amazing employee-- Carlos. Felix was the worst to deal with and lacked the basic customer service skills, referencing process as the excuse for stealing $100 from us. I order all of my frames, doors and casing from this company. I had multiple hiccups in the process one resulting in a lost day of work and a 3 day delay-- they provided the wrong casing on a reorder.

They also failed to provide a bifold door when my contractor had the first of 4 orders picked up. I asked them about the bifold every time we made a new order and they would continually tell me they needed to check with their warehouse manager, whom I assume is Felix. When we received the last piece of our order and yet again not bifold, I called and spoke with Felix who insist it was picked up because the invoice was signed by the driver.

I asked him to check his physical inventory and he refused saying it would take him 3+ hours to count 200 bifold doors. In the end $100 seems like a small amount to sacrifice when someone has spent thousands. Instead of saving a customer and their many future referrals, it cost him one-- hope it was worth it Felix!

We ordered our impact windows and doors from Doors and Plus and are extremely satisfied with their service and product. The whole process was very easy, from the first contact with Felix and the fast and fair quotation, to the expertise and professionalism of the installers. It took 14 weeks from the day we signed the contract to the delivery and installation.

Today we had the inspector here to check all the work, and it was approved with no issues. Thanks Cesar for staying along and guide the inspector. I would definitely recommend Doors and Plus for their excellent service and professionalism.

A+ for the Customer Service. This company did a very good job on my mother's windows and doors. They where very friendly and professional. I will refer any of my customers to them.

I have purchased all my doors from this family owned business. Honestly it's an amazing experience. Julio has doors for all budgets not to mention outstanding customer service. This is an honest, good pricing, and most important a quality product. ONLY THE BEST, Thank you!

Do not waste your time going here, they have terrible customer service and act as if you're doing them a favor by going into their shop. There are way too many options in South Florida to shop for your windows and doors and this shouldn't be one of them. Save yourself your valuable time, don't bother going there. Not to mention that the quote I was able to extract from them was significantly higher than a number of other places we shopped. Buyer beware!

Yesterday at my parents house they installed the impact windows and they did an excellent job! They showed up around 9 am and by 3 pm were done installing 9 windows! Very organized and very clean overall. Loved their work and my windows look beautiful!

I was really impressed with this company beginning to end. Good prices, excellent customer service and communication. There was some issues with the door BUT the way they handled it showed that they have a great leader and/or owner who is customer service oriented. The installers were professional and efficient. Leticia & Yigani were so helpful and caring - highly recommend this company!

Doors & Plus is an excellent company. The employees are very helpful and professional. Cesar was the person that help me choose my door. He was very knowledgeable in all having to do with the different types of doors. Also, I got the best price for the door at Doors & Plus. I had been at three other places in Miami and were all extremely high. I almost had given up on getting a new door.

However at Doors & Plus I got a beautiful and good quality door for a fair price. Julio, the owner of the store provides excellent customer service. Furthermore, I must mention that the door installers were also excellent and left the front porch area clean. I highly recommend Doors & Plus to all people looking for quality doors and work.

Julio, a great person, attended me. In my opinion, the place is the best organize and clean Dealer that I visited in Miami. Professional Team, great price. Installation as promised, and something that surprised me a lot was that the manager calls me a few days after the installation day to make sure that everything was ok. Recommended 100 %.

We purchased a beautiful aluminum glass double front entry door for our home from Door and Plus. The owner of this shop (Yigany) took care of our order. She explained to us all the options and took us for a short tour around the show room. She was very knowledgeable and never pressured us into any specific door. She clearly explained the process of getting door, approvals necessary, and the timing.

The prices, which included installation, were very reasonable when we compared the door to similar products sold at other places. The delivery was on time and the installation was extremely professional. We highly recommend Doors and Plus not only for its products and value but, more importantly, for the professional manner in which they take care of their customers.

I am very satisfied with the experience I had with this company. The salesman was very knowledgeable and super attentive, we bought a French door to replace our existing sliding door outside. The installers, Luis and his helper were very swift and professional with the door removal and new door installation. I couldn't even tell that they just installed a new door, they even plastered around the empty framing gaps. I would recommend this company and installers to anyone that's looking for a fair price and quality work. Thank you guys.

I highly recommend Doors & Plus! I just did my front door with them, Carlos was great with helping me pick the door I wanted and getting everything to me quickly. With the Covid 19 shutdown it was hesitant but he made it quick and easy. I'm so glad I paid for the install. Although my husband is very handy, it would have taken him a long time to do what these guys did in a few hours.

The two guys who came to do the install were clean and very nice, they wore masks and did an excellent job on the finishing touches. I love my new door, and only wish I had done it sooner. Great quality, sturdy and beautiful! Thank You!

I've rarely been so impressed with a company to give it five stars, but when it comes to Doors & Plus I always do. We always utilize this company to install either doors and/or windows in our house, and I wouldn't go to any other place as their services are always beyond expectations. Carlos Valdes our sales Rep is always very professional and work with us to get us the job done and done right, he is top notch.

This time they installed our front door and came out spectacular, we are very pleased. What can I say, only great and positive things to say about Doors & Plus! The process is always smooth and simple due to their expertise and service. Highly recommend for all your doors and windows needs!

Looked everywhere for impact doors and everyone was either overpriced or didn't have what we needed. My wife suggested we look at Doors & Plus in Hialeah and couldn't have found a better group of people "Caesar" ready to ensure we understood everything, from picking out the door, installation and scheduling. I recently purchased windows and doors for my entire house with Doors & Plus. Cesar helped me with my purchase making everything so easy by explaining everything very detailed. It only took 3 days for my order to arrive. I also had them installed with them. Their installers Leo and Alain were a great team and made sure to clean up the mess. I have continued recommending them to my friends and family. I will definitely continue using them. They are great and provide amazing customer service!

Felix is the best! Our entire family uses him and his company for window and door installations. They are consistent with their work product which is the highest quality and the most reasonably priced. We had five bids on the job and Felix and his company came in as the lowest and our windows and doors are great! Highly recommend them.

2 Years ago I had an estimate from Felix, time went on and by choice just today 5/3/19 I had my front doors installed. When I called Felix just last month, he remembered me, pulled my quote, measurements, color and hardware. We placed the order and 3 weeks later my doors were installed by 2 Professionals. The frame, the doors, the caulking and all other thoughtful activities were completed efficiently and timely.

Their professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none. I am a Doors and Plus fan and will recommend to all my friends and family. I have been a resident of Miami for over 30 years and NO DOUBT this is the Best Service from a Provider I have received. My sister bought 5 doors of impact in Doors & Plus about three months ago, first she ordered 3, the first time was Julio the owner who attended me, he was very explicit in his explanations and very kind, then I advised my sister order two more doors, because all the doors of your house would be protected against hurricanes, I went to order them and Julio was not there and I did not want another person to attend me, since Julio had been very professional in the previous sale, but later if I had gone 2 times more, I decided that one of the vendors would take care of me, Sunami had told me all the previous times that I had been asking for Julio that she could attend me but I had been so satisfied with Julio's treatment that I I wanted to be attended only by him, but the third time I decided to be taken care of by Sunami and I did not have to regret it, she is kindness and patience made person, I help in the whole process, I believe that in that business They are all the same kind, they make you feel like you are in family.

I have to buy a door for my house and when I do I will have no doubt where to buy it, at Door & Plus! Mi hermana compro 5 puertas de impacto en Doors & Plus hace unos tres meses, primero ella ordeno 3, la primera ves fue Julio el dueno el que me atendio, el fue muy explicito en sus explicaciones y muy amable, luego yo aconseje a mi hermana ordenar dos puertas mas, pues asi todas las purtas de su casa estarian protegidas contra huracanes, fui a ordenarlas y Julio no estaba y no quise que fuese otra persona el que me atendiera, pues Julio habia sido muy profesional en la venta anterior, pero despues de haber ido 2 veces mas decidi que me atendiera Sunami una de las vendedoras, Sunami me habia dicho todas las veces anteriores que yo habia ido preguntando por Julio que ella me podia atender pero yo habia quedado tan satisfecho con con el trato de Julio que yo queria ser atendido solo por el, pero a la tercera ves me decidi ser atendido por Sunami y no tuve que lamentarlo, ella es la amabilidad y la paciencia hecha persona, me ayudo en todo el proceso, yo creo que en ese negocio, todos son iguales de amables, te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en familia. Yo tengo que comprar una puerta para mi casa y cuando lo haga no tendre la menor duda en donde comprarla, en Door & Plus!

WARNING! When I ordered the door the transaction was smooth, however I was lead to believe I was ordering what I had asked for, but the associate Sunamy, put in an order for a door that was completely different then what I had asked for. 3 weeks later when I went to pick up the door I was extremely un-happy, Sunamy then told me that it was my fault when clearly it was her wrong doing (I found out from the warehouse associate that she most likely changed my door style because it was more expensive and she would receive a higher commission or boost her sales).

She told me all sales were final and refused to give me the appropriate item I wanted or a refund. She also refused to let me speak with a supervisor, she was extremely rude and I would recommend you stay completely away from her or this place in general.!ADVERTENCIA! I have bought two exterior doors for my house from this company. I also bought a few interior doors from them for my business. I have never had a bad experience. Leticia helped me get it all done and I would highly recommend her and this company.

Another update and warning not to use this business! Had a hurricane rated door installed less than 2 years ago. Paid over $1000 and only got a 1 yr warranty! Problems with mold after only 6 mo., have to clean it with bleach every few months, they will not do anything to help me. They repainted and had the same issue. Now I tried to clean it with a pressure washer and my living room was FLOODED!

This is a hurricane door? REALLY? Going to call the consumer reports on NBC. This place needs to be put out of business. At least to warn consumers to stay away from this place.

Do not consider this place. Unreliable, unprofessional & untrustworthy owner. I purchased an almost $1,000.00 fiberglass front door in 2007. By 2014 the inside edge had a hole b/c the wood rotted off. The owner's son came and took pictures in March 2016 and promised they would work with me. They would call me with options. I have spoken with Julio (owner) twice and each time he says I will call you tomorrow.

I am still waiting for an answer. They do not stand behind their product. I have receipt and pictures as proof upon request. I do not recommend this establishment. I would not give it a star, but this is the only way to get the word out - to stay far away from Doors & Plus.

This place was very highly recommended by a friend and her family who used this comany many years ago. It seems the lowered their product standards and professional work ethics and integrity. We purchased a door from here to pass inspection, for hurricane protection, and for our peace of mind that it was a good solid door with warranty. Before the year was over we had problems with he paint, mold on door, the handle getting stuck, and the metal components getting rusty. Needless to say it wasnt until after the year that we were answered with " we will send someone out but the full price will be charged or just replace it with a Homedepot one".
