Duke Vinyl Products

I DO NOT recommend using Duke Vinyl Windows. Currently building a new home and we were planning to use Duke Vinyl for all of our windows. We were required to pay a fee of $175 and deliver architect plans to obtain a quote, which we did. Fast forward several weeks - the windows were ordered, paid in full, and are on the home site and every single window, less one, is of incorrect size. Duke has been notified that the windows do not fit and is choosing not to cooperate to find a solution. Duke has failed to respond to several voicemails, emails, a letter sent via certified mail, and multiple in-office visits. Measurements were taken by Duke, windows were ordered by Duke, and none of them fit. Duke is refusing to correspond to reach a resolution. We already paid in full and have nothing to show for it. Absolutely do not recommend Duke Vinyl Windows.

They build great products. They have built me custom windows and doors and they are always on point. The windows are great quality and they are easy to work with. Sometimes things take longer than I want, but I suppose it's that way with everything in life. 10 out of 10 would recommend Service: Custom windows

Beware! Don't assume anything about the quality of this company's products! I made the mistake of ordering a three panel sliding door without looking at it first, assuming it would look at least halfway decent. It was ugly! The divider between the middle and third panel was three times the size of the divider between the middle and left panel. It looks so awkward as if it was repaired or added on at different times.

When I called, management said no refunds and I'm stuck with the door. They even had the nerve to say I could bring it back, . they'll gladly take it back and offer no refund. What a horrible company and what a low quality product!

You not getting what you pay for and try to charge you for their mistakes. When you try to explain the problem those girls who work at front desk accuse you instead of solving the problem and bark like little dog Chiwawa. The owner lady who sit in a glass office is the one who approve my order. But when the issues comes up she act like she don't know about it.

I can say too many things what I see and experience during my three trips I make. I am a local business owner and know exactly what it feels. When you try to do dirty business soon or later you pay for it.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. The quality of the service and the quality of the windows were unbelievable for the price. They turn me on to an installer that did an awesome job installing the windows all in one day. I would recommend them to anyone wanting replacement windows or new windows. I will use them again and again!
