Good hotel for business or short term trip, in the center of the city, near all the facilities and transport. Rooms are quite and vlean, beds are comfortable. It has a good breakfast, dinner

Good rooms, complementary breakfast, Swedish 'fika' and dinner definitely exceeding me and my family's expectations! I recommend it!

A nice hotel, very centrally located. The property is quite old, and it shows, but very well kept so it's not a problem. An evening meal is included in addition to breakfast which is great plus for me. Food is basic but good. Breakfast is really nice. And as an extra bonus they also have an afternoon Fika, Swedish coffee break, with sweets. Walk down the stairs and you're in the middle of Vasteras.

Nice rooms with good standard, included breakfast, lunch and fika. Good and welcoming service. City mall and parking nearby. Good access to the city and a city view from the room. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again whenever I'm staying in Vasteras.

Big spacious room and standard size bath. The storage cabinats are very small. Stayed here for close to a month and had to live out of my suitcase. Good breakfast, evening snack and dinner at no extra cost. A small gym and sauna also available. Very polite and hospitable staff.

Good service, free evening meal and very comfortable bed. I have to admit actually, the bed was really comfortable. However, first evening I got food poisoning and could hear through the night other people also vomiting, so this ruined the experience. The rooms didnt have a fridge and interior of the hotel could use a tune up. However, if you're looking for a place to simply sleep, then it's completely fine.

Good hotel in the center of the city. Ordinary rooms, where the bathroom could use an upgrade. The bed was really comfortable though. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was ordinary. Nothing more, nothing less. Afternoon coffee and tea with various cakes. The dinner is included in the stay and has a very nice selection of salads and bread but lacks in vegetarian choices, except for the soup. Otherwise, great location within walking distance to many stores, sights and the central station.

Right in the center of Vasteras. Shopping mall across the street. 24h public parking garage on top of the mall. Bus stops outside the door. 10 min walk from Central Station. Rooms are clean and functional. Hasn't been renovated for a while so furnitures are a bit old but nothing is broken. Windows are not eliminating noise from the streets. Can noisy from people and vehicles, especially at Friday and Saturday nights. Rooms have TV, hair dryer.

No fridge or min bar. Breakfast and dinner is buffet. Not a big selection but food taste and quality is more than adequate. In the afternoon you can serve yourself coffee or tea in the restaurant or lounge which connects and is right by the reception. The reception doubles as a bar as well.

The friendliest reception staff, but everything else about the hotel leaves a weird aftertaste. That's especially true for the breakfast - bacon floating in its' own grease and scrambled eggs that reminded me more of Jell-O than actual eggs. I ended up having to buy breakfast at another location both mornings, since my daughter refused to even touch "whatever that is", as she phrased it.

No real kids friendly alternatives for the dinner included in the room price either - impression though was that the dinner was excellent. The staff in the restaurant interrupted me and my daughter and took away my dishes after I had finished while she had not - which my daughter did not enjoy as she felt stressed to finish her meal. Not experienced this before at any location, so was rather speechless.

The bathroom was water damaged - no mold discovered though. The general impression is that the price for the weekend made me expect way too much - I've lived in higher standard rooms while paying alot less, even during popular seasons. Next time I'm in Vasteras, I'll pick another hotel.
