Set my order through home depot had to wait on the shingle 6 to 8 days nobody told me Called I can how for a rooftop delivery they took down my information said they would call me back but never did Call back. again talk to Kyle gave him all my info Asked what time of the day I want him to deliver I told him it didn't matter HE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HAVING TO CATCH SINGLES OR THE SHINGLES WOULD BE ON THE GROUND! WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME SO I CALLED HOME DEPOT AND THEY REFUNDED MY DELIVERY FEE PLUS SOME AMD SAID THE WONT USE EIKENHOUT FOR A SUPPLIER AGAIN! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON KYLE'S PART!

Definitely 5 .We've always done business with Eikenhout. When we owned our own business and when we've needed siding in the past and now. This time we worked with Nathan Noffsinger who was so very helpful and friendly. I strongly encourage anyone with siding, roofing or window needs to check them out!

We know family friends that have worked at eikenhout for years and we used them for a side project. We called in our order 3 days before scheduled pick up and they didn't have it pulled it yet so we had to wait almost 2 hours to get loaded (post trying to find anyone to help us). Half the bundle was wrecked when we got them and we had to cut off the ends.
We returned 5 boards after the project and then 2 weeks later we got a charge with no warning for over $200. We had to call twice and go there to fight the charge because they claimed we damaged the boards. We ended up getting the charge reversed but it was such a disappointing experience

I was driving down US27 at around 1:30pm or so and one of your trucks pulled out in front of on coming traffic & we all had to step on the breaks to avoid an accident! Please re school your drivers on how to drive & not to be careless of other people! I'm so disappointed please address this ASAP with all of your employees! Disappointed
