We purchased a new home in Choctaw Oklahoma and requested the cabinets and doors be made from knotty alder. After a few months we noticed the laminate was pealing and bubbling. They made all new doors out of knotty alder and the carpenters came to install the doors are not the correct size and look terrible. What kind of company would make replacement doors the wrong size? I will tell you this company has zero quality control. No we start the process all over again. Completely Dissatisfied in Choctaw Oklahoma

I have been ordering my doors and drawer fronts from them for years. This past year, their quality has gone down. Their product is literally junk. Worst of all, they will not offer you a credit or even care to deliver when they have messed up. I have made 5-6 trips this past week just to pick up one order. Missing doors and defective doors have cost me thousands.
I will post just a few of many pictures I have. These are just some of one job alone. Their office does a good job, but they have poor management out in the shop. They are unable to do keep jobs separate, double check measurements, and to make sure all your fronts are completed. I asked how difficult it would be to make sure my sizes are correct and all fronts complete.
I was told by their manager "Jeff" that they would have to charge me double if they had to double check my orders. I will never order doors from here again. In fact, I might be suing them for damages soon. They have caused a great deal of embarrassment on many of my jobs due to the poor quality, and we have had to refinish many doors and drawer fronts.
They even tried charging me for remaking missing/defective fronts. I have attached some pictures. A lot of times you'll even have a 2" stile or rail on one side, and 2 1/4 on the other side. I have posted pictures on their Facebook page. They have two pages on Facebook.

Considered ordering doors online and having shipped, but took a shot on this company after visiting and seeing the doors first hand. Solid and sturdy maple. Hinge bores were perfect. Overall much better than expected. Only issue was with communication, as I waited well past estimate date for a call that never came. They said they called and there was a problem with my phone. Regardless, I'd recommend visiting and seeing the production and product. It's quality work at a competitive price.
