Great company, they are very responsive and have great communication. Their windows and installation are of highest quality. In my last rehab the windows took this small property in warren to a different level. The people there are also very nice and the fact that they're backed up shouldn't impact their rating in anyway. Will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone who needs windows.

Stay away. Poor quality windows. Needed an estimate for new home construction, had my blueprints for 3 weeks, promised me a quote in a week. Never even received a quote period. Went in the back to check out quality of windows. Looked really cheaply assembled. You will be replacing these windows really fast. Save your money and go somewhere else

I had my doorwall put in years ago & had absolutely nothing but problems with it. I can barely open it & it leaks. They came out a few times & did minor repairs but it only got worse. Bill Henderson was my rep & continuously lied 2 me about getting it fixed. All they knew was to point fingers at either the material company or the installers. All I know is they do not stand behind their word. Don't waste your money.
