Felluca Garage Doors

This is the second time I've dealt with Felluca, the first time they replaced my entire door. They did a fantastic job, quick, efficient, great price. 13 years later one of my springs broke. I called felluca and they were super busy as I anticipated(booked appointment). I contacted several "local" companies and received absolutely outrageous quotes.

I knew they were full of it being 3/4 of the price of a new door just to fix my springs. I had the second estimate on Saturday and it was better but still high, felluca called me and said they had an opening, 2 days earlier than my original date. David the tech was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. The price I anticipated and the professional I expected. Thanks again David. Mint work! -Chris O

Felluca was recommended to me by my neighbors who had an excellent experience. They had a replacement keypad put in, springs fixed and the garage door unit serviced. Felluca had told them that they should have their 1 spring replaced with 2 springs since it would be better and a longer lasting solution. Since my garage door was of the same model and age and started showing some issues similar to what my neighbor had, I decided to call and schedule an appointment.

My expectations were that the experience my neighbor had would be the same for me. When I called the customer service representative was very nice, down to earth and got me scheduled within a few days of my phone call, which I thought was amazing. When the technician showed up and did an assessment, I was told I needed to change a piece of my system since it was outdated and no longer sold.

In addition, I was told that my spring was broken and needed to be replaced. I then asked if I was going to get 2 springs like my neighbor had, since the tech told my neighbors it was better and longer lasting. I was told they would only replace my 1 spring and not add an additional one. When I inquired I was told it wasn't needed and one spring is better.

Wouldn't that confuse/concern you? I was also told after the service/repair was completed that my garage door would operate much quieter and the opening and closing would be much smoother. So far I have not noticed any difference, except my bank account is lighter by $500 and now when I call I get busy signals.

Called Thursday afternoon for service and they had a tech out Friday at 8am. The repair was minor, but the tech took time and inspected my door and made some adjustments. Excellent service! Would recommend.

I'm so pleased with everyone's professionalism at Felluca. It's refreshing, especially nowadays! The gentleman that answers the phone is so kind and has a positive voice. Dave, who came out to give us a quote on a new door, is very professional and knowledgeable. David, who came today for a service call, was so personable. He educated me on our garage door and opener and walked me through his diagnostic and repair process (which ended up being a simple fix!) The culture of the company shows, as professionalism is consistent across the board in my experience. We will absolutely be contacting Felluca in the future for any garage door repair or replacement needs!

Felluca installed a garage door 25+ years ago. They have always serviced it and the mechanisms with expertise. Today I was having difficulty with the opener remote. My late husband always took care of things like this. I suspected a battery, but didn't know how to access it. I called with my ridiculous problem, and the man who answered took the time to explain in easily understood detail exactly what I should do. He was very courteous and pleasant in doing so. I followed his instructions, and everything is fine now. Thanks Fellucas.

Great Company. Mark is an excellent Mechanic. They don't make parts for my Wayne Dalton door Operator anymore. I needed a new sprocket. Mark had 1 left. When I called Mike said they might have 1 left someplace. Some companies would have just said the parts are discontinued and they would try and sell me a new door operator. I always call Felluca. Honest Company with great Mechanics.

Mark change the sprocket and readjusted everything. He even sprayed all the rollers and hinges with lubricant. He checked over the whole door looking for other problems. I would recommend Felluca to anyone.

My wife and I had a torsion spring break on us on Tuesday, didn't notice until Wednesday morning when I was trying to go to work. I called 4 places Wednesday night, Felluca overhead doors, Tracey door company, Roly-door, and RCHSTR Same day garage & spring repair, and left messages. Felluca called the next morning at 8:05, assessed the situation, quoted around $300, and could get a tech out that afternoon between 12 & 3.

Only other company that called back was Tracey door company at 10:10 and they couldn't do the job until the 27th. Kind of hard when your cars are stuck in the garage. Anyway, Dave got there around 2, did all work, even made adjustments that weren't noticeable from before. Bottom line, Dave was professional, informative, and timely. Best part, job was done that day and only came to $316. Nice work Felluca, we'll definitely use you again.

We called at 11am on a Monday as the spring on our garage door broke over the weekend. They were able to give me an estimate while I was on the phone and scheduled the repair that afternoon. The technician arrived on-time, was very nice, quickly completed the repair and the final price was exactly as quoted. After scheduling the service, we received a call back from another company that we left a message for and the price from Felluca was also much better. If needed, we will be using Felluca again in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!
