I was referred to Flag Overhead Garage Door by a trusted friend who had a new garage door installed recently. I spoke with Herman who set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, took measurements and thoroughly explained my options. I was surprised when he told me he could order a custom door and have it in a few days. True to his word he showed up within the time frame he estimated and quickly removed my old door.
He installed the new door the same day and returned the next day to install the opener. His customer service is excellent. His attention to detail fitting my new door and seals was exceptional. He helped me program the optional app to control my door and the security camera on my opener. He also explained the warranty and basic maintenance.
