Repairman Lawrence did an outstanding job replacing tension coils. Great professionalism and we got the work done in less than an hour.

I had a large18' door installed a few months ago. My experience has been that Florida Door is very focused on insuring customer satisfaction. I appreciate Misty, Tiffany and Chris and their efforts. Bit of a challenge due to the 7'6 door height and width but that was not fault of FDS. I Would not buy another Haas door and wish I had gone with Cloply but that's on me for insisting on Haas. They are built almost too strong so are very heavy. I'm completely satisfied with the service I've been provided by Florida Door

Had an appointment scheduled all week and I just canceled it an hour before the time. Tries to tell me she understands if I have to go somewhere else they haven't really wanted to seem like they wanted to do the job from the get-go would not recommend.

They installed my garage door a few years ago on time and at a reasonable price. Last year they came out on a holiday weekend to rescue my cars from a broken cable. Today they came out when they were scheduled and tuned up my noisy garage door and returned it to like new performance. I see no reason to call anyone else.

Horrible customer service. Nicole should not be speaking to customers! She must be related to the owner or something. The only way someone so nasty and rude could possibly have a job! Consumers have multiple options in a saturated market!

My 30 year old garage door was replaced this morning by Florida Door Solutions. I was very happy with the experience from first contacting the home office through the installation. Initially speaking with Misti at the home office, she emailed me their brochure showing the different styles along with window options if desired. I choose a style that they stock so the only delay was getting me on schedule which was three days.

Their price was one hundred dollars higher than Lowe's and the Lowe's price did not include installation or haul away of the old door. The technician arrived at my house ten minutes early which is rare when working with contractors. He worked non stop until completion ensuring everything worked as it is supposed to. My new door included nylon rollers which ensures a smooth operation during opening and closing the door. I couldn't be happier.

Came right out, assessed the issue and replaced the part. All fairly priced and "Del" my tech was polite, knowledgabe and got the job done. Thanks Florida Door Solutions!

Florida Door Solutions is by far the best door company in Central Florida. They care about their customers and treat them fairly. They installed a new garage door open for half the cost of Precision Door. Precision Door tried to up sell us on new rollers for our garage door that we just purchased within a month. I am a customer for life with Florida Door Solutions!

Absolutely horrible. Maybe they got employees to do the other reviews. They cancelled last week. Then Monday they call and say "a crew called in sick"- no- it was 40 degrees out and they didn't wanna work. Then "Mr fetters and John say they'd be there the next day. Didn't happen. Then had to use other phone to get them to answer. 7 hours late today. Let's hope it doesn't fall down. Use a different company!

My garage door all of a sudden started making odd noises. They young men were respectable, letting me know what they were doing. They gave it a tune up, cleaned up over flowed paint, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. I know that I need the seal on the bottom of the door replaced, I will use Florida Door Solutions.

I needed my springs replaced and Florida Door Solutions was able to accommodate my busy schedule, complete the work professionally in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They came and installed and removed old doors, they put in two nice motor driven doors, the price was great, the guys who came out tony was very polite and did a great job, he was very detailed on his work

We had these guys work on our commercial roll up door at our office. They did a great job. Showed up on time as they stated. We had a door damaged that needed parts ordered and installation would be at a different date. They arrived on date they promised. Had a hard time finding a company that did commercial roll up doors. Looked on google and other places. Didn't think to look on Yelp but our office manager said "hey how about we Yelp and see what we get" 5 stars thanks guys we can use our warehouse door again thank you!

I contacted Florida Door Solutions after many failed attempts to reach someone to fix my garage door, including the company that originally installed my garage door on a new build from 2012 (Hastings). They sent someone (Tony) the next day, were reasonably priced, came to the house on time, and fixed my garage door within 20 min. They also are keeping my garage door make/model in their system in the event I have any other problems in the future. I highly recommend them and will make sure that my neighborhood (27 homes) are aware that this company was exceptional.
