Just had a gentleman by the name of Steve come out from Garrett door co. Very friendly! great super service! And he knew exactly what the problem was and tackled it and I must say they are very fair people gave me a very fair price. My garage door is very old along with the springs and he know exactly what to do also added a long metal bar which made my garage door actually more stronger Greased the springs and everything else and it actually is a lot more quieter than it was before. I'm definitely referring family and friends to this company when they need their garages fixed!

Did a great job. I buy a new garage door about every 15 years and know nothing about current technology, materials, door construction, etc. Robyn at Garrett was very helpful explaining the various options. Everything from the initial phone call to the service rep coming to look at the garage to the installation was very professional. Love our new door!

I was really impressed and completely satisfied when dealing with Garrett Door. I first contacted them looking for spare parts to fix my current springs and they recommended me to another company that sells the style I needed. Just shows they weren't pushy to get a sale out of me. After I found out it would take weeks to get a replacement spring and considering my door was beat up pretty bad, I asked Garrett Door for a new garage door quote.
I shopped around a bit and found them to have the best pricing for the style of door I wanted. Couldn't be happier with my experience from start to finish. Door looks great and I didn't go broke in the process!

Purchasing my garage door from Garrett door was the right choice! Robin took care of answering my questions about the choices of doors available and was knowledgable as well as professional. The price was better than any of the large chain stores. I picked up the door and installed it myself but my buddy had them do his install and was very pleased. Garrett will have all my future business.
