What a great outfit. Their account manager was on time to the appointment we scheduled. He answered all my questions and explained what was necesary to replace my 30+ year old failed opener and bring it up to modern standards. As he predicted, I was soon called to schedule the actual service and the two techs showed up on time as well. They did the work within the two hour time slot predicted and patiently walked through operating details of the new opener, key pad, wall switch and phone app. Our experience with everyone from Genson, including the office staff via phone, was wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.

Came same day to help when our car was locked in the garage (!) and was able to quickly put a temporary fix in place while we waited for a part to be ordered. Part delivery was slow, not non them, and they came back asap to fix springs. The woman who does the scheduling is so friendly and professional. Would def recommend and use again.

My garage door spring broke blocking me from getting out either car. I called left a message at 6 PM. Within an hour Genson called me and offerred to come out that evening. We agreed to first thing the next day. They were here by 8 AM did a quick temporary repair to allow us to fully use the overhead door. They returned 2 days later and replaced both springs at a reasonable price. Fantastic service. They installed the door 5+ years ago and have serviced the door since.

The folks at Genson were great. From my initial call to finishing the repair. They understood the customer perspective and asked questions and explained things so that we felt satisfied when it was complete. The repair tech was really nice and friendly, professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he did after he was done. He worked quickly as well. He kept working until it was done to his satisfaction, making a few extra tweaks to get it just right.

Thank you Genson Overhead door, great install and very timely. Like most, we wait until the old door is about to take itself to the dump. Great service, beautiful door and the price was more than fair once I got the initial quote Doug did to something that was similar construction to my current door. Upgrades should be discussed. The installers were efficient, experienced and friendly can't ask for much more. Thanks again the door is beautiful!

Boy, I wish all contractors were as fantastic as these folks. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, honest and quick. We needed to replace our garage door, and they came out and had a look at our situation, gave us some options, answered all our questions, and when the came to do the installation, they were fast and thorough. Price was very reasonable and exactly what they said it would be.
