Services Report

We provide replacement of Insulating glass (also known as double pane glass or Thermopane glass) that has lost it's seal and is starting to form condensation in-between the glass giving it a wet, cloudy or "foggy" look. Our replacement thermal pane insulating units come with a 10-year warranty against seal failure.

Information Report

How to measure? Measure the visible width of the glass first and then the height. We will adjust for the portion of the glass hidden within the frame. What are muntin bars? Muntin bars are the aluminum bars inside the insulated glass unit that, for decorative purposes, forms a colonial type pattern.

I needed a window with a broken seal replaced and got Mike's number from a neighbor. As he was working on my window I asked if he did screens and I'm glad to say, he did. So, he did my window and replaced about a dozen screens. All the work was done quickly and reasonably priced. He's truly a craftsman and a nice guy. I highly recommend him.
