From working with Josh in sales, to seeing Daniel professionally install our new doors, the entire process was seamless and the final effort IS fantastic! Thank you to the Glick Team!

I called 3-4 months ago to have my garage door opener replaced. Employee came out to look at existing unit within a few days. He was great. After not hearing anything for a month I called to check in. Employee told me they are backed up with orders and would call when ready (he also said they tried to call me when they had a sudden opening but I did not receive a call).
Three months later and not a word from Glick. I called a competitor near Lewisburg/Mifflinburg on Thursday, 2/3. Installer came next day to look at existing unit and to go over options (same Liftmaster options, similar prices). On Tuesday, 2/8 competitor installed my new opener, and even serviced my other garage door and opener for free. Glick unfortunately seems to need to learn about good customer service.

Spent $13,000 for a fireplace for a unit we have been nothing but frustrated with. Wind blows out the flames; LED lights have limited colors compared to other brands and no Smart Phone control ability like other brands; batteries for remote control go dead every 3 months and they were the most expensive compared to other brands. But my wife wanted a HeatnGlo and said was the top of the line - but we found out they used to be - they haven't kept up.
This review is not intended to be a negative against Glicks - they were professional and friendly - they only sell the brand - although they charged me $420 to come back n do a 15 minute pressure test and to clean off glass that they fingerprinted on install.

I just had two new doors and openers installed and couldn't be happier. Ryan did an excellent job. He was on time and very professional. When the job was done everything I was told about install and removal and disposal of old doors and openers happened. Nothing left behind except the new doors and openers. I wish I would have done this a few years ago! Very happy customer!

Just had my new garage doors installed by Daniel at Glicks. I absolutely love them! Daniel was here when they said he would be and is a very friendly, knowledgeable and nice guy. He did a marvelous job with the install. Glicks made the whole process pain free, from start to finish. When we started looking for new doors due to damage on one of our older doors, we were told by everyone we asked, and they said use Glicks.
I admit I did go to a big box store first and was not happy with my choices, knowledge of sales person or their prices. Was really dreading the whole process. Then we went to Glicks. Best decision ever. I can't say enough about this company. Hands down the BEST and only choice in the area. Thanks Glicks!

We bought two garage doors from Wayne. He was excellent! The explanations were clear, he showed use all brands and choices for comparison. There was no pressure or pushing, only good advice clarity. They came the day they promised and installed the doors quickly and efficiently. The installers, Ralph and Isaac were terrific. Old doors removed and everything cleaned up. I highly recommend Glicks!
