Absolutely class company. Steve and Kim were extremely helpful to two people that had no idea what they wanted. End result was we ended up with the absolutely most beautiful set of doors for our new home; Thank you both very much. Also they were a lot of fun to deal with. Very humerous couple and do exactly what they say they will.

Very disappointed in quality of wood doors. Several arrived with gouges or defects in various places. Front doors were not the best quality so had to be reordered, but Grand Door still could not get a beautiful finish after multiple failed attempts. We finally had to get someone else to finish them. It took 2 years to final resolution. Definitely would not use this company again.
