STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! This is a very disorganized outfit. The items are of inferior quality, but you want to trust them. They give you a delivery date but it's a fraud, it's just to sucker you in. They don't honor delivery dates/times blaming shipper, manufacturer, holiday schedules, anyone but themselves. They ship partial or wrong items They tell you item was delivered but it wasn't, it was someone else's order. They don't answer complaints, or give you more BS. They are very good at making promises.but then you get nothing. They talk a good game. WARNING! BAD NEWS!

We have couple times delivery to this people. load from CO, just 3-5 pallets. They treat my driver so bad! We use 53 ft trailer for delivery, and they did own stuff, and don't care that my driver doesn't have any apace to park his truck on the street, he did couple circles around Brooklyn, NY and after that he supposed to parked at bus stop, and waited till this people will find a time to unload 3 pallets

I have never been treated so disrespectfully as a client. The worse costumer service and unpleasant experience. They get one star because I have to leave a review but their costumer service and quality of products are way below 1 star. They act like they are doing you a favor and they belittle you. If that is okay with you and your money I recommend this place, otherwise go anywhere else.

I had the worst experience today. Walked in and guy behind counter was humming away, ignoring me and and when I ask if they carried wooden windows to get his attention ( no one in store. and lady in office denied his presence to someone on phone who had a question)he gave me the most disinterested and rude NO. On my way out i saw they had wooden windows and ask again if these are not models they carry even though they are displayed. another nasty answer!
I stormed out after having driven 30min and needed to write this review (rarely do it) because they do not deserve business! Went to Brooklyn Window and Door Corp after and was helped right away, very nice customer service and all my questions and quotes were answered!( I have no affiliation with them!)

The only reason why I gave them 1 star was because I needed to leave a review. I normally try to give people and companies a try before doing business with them, to see the good and the bad. This company takes the cake on bad; a simple order that would take four weeks took them two months and two weeks, not only delaying my project but they over charged me by 20% (I found that out by asking other vendors).
At the end they fail to deliver on time costing me six guys for an entire day, and they had the nerve to dull charge me full price. In conclusion take my advice and ask around and try not to do business with them, you'll regret it.
