Initial visit didn't fix leaking garage doors seals and vinyl strips. Follow up visit by supervisor, resulted in "fix" we expected. Experience pays. We have been a customer of Hall's Garage Doors since they did the initial installation of the doors and openers in 2012. Our experience with them has always been very reliable.

Would not recommend. Was originally told our doors would take 6 weeks to get. We ordered our doors 11 weeks ago and now only 1 of the 2 doors arrived. Up to this point no one could even tell us an estimate of when they were coming or why they were delayed. Now they are saying it could be another 6 to 8 weeks to get the second one. Makes me think the real reason for the delay is that they weren't ordered when they were supposed to be.
This is now delaying us being able to move into our new house and can't even get in touch with the company to find out a time frame for when it will get here. No one seems to want to try to find out anything or come up with a solution. Terrible customer service.

Bill came on time to give an estimate, very friendly and professional. The installers Landre S. was prompt, professional and answered all our questions. So happy to find people who are dependable. They were recommended to us by a family member who utilized their service before. I would recommend them too!

Garage door kept reversing when trying to close. Figured an eye had gone bad and called Hall's. Had used them several years before to repair the opener and they had provided great service. This time was no different. Landry, a service tech, came the next day and confirmed it was the eyes. Gave me a price to replace them. Also told me that since the opener was so old (23 years!) no parts were available should it fail. Asked for a quote to replace and he gave me a couple options. Decided to go that route.
Service call fee was waived since I decided to replace. He came back on my schedule and installed the new opener. Very efficient and professional all the way around. Put in another LiftMaster opener. Got 23 years out of the last one and this one has a lifetime warranty on motor and belt.
