We were having problems with our previous garage opener. I called these folks and they came right out. I ordered the second best garage opener they had. After install I told them it was too loud! They thought it would get quieter over time. It never did! It's only about a year and a half old and every time I open it I swear it sounds like it's going to crash down. It's awful. I called and left message and they wouldn't even call me back. I am extremely disappointed!

These guys are always on time, helpful and go the extra mile for the customer. After using other companies over the years we were glad to find Hamilton Garage doors a couple years ago and will continue to use them!

Have used Hamilton over the years for service and repair. Always quick to get back to me, always friendly and I believe their pricing is reasonable. We had a cable break last night, called 1st thing this morning, returned my call within about an hour, were able to send someone out same morning and door is now fixed. Tech (Scott) was very friendly, communicated well and addressed some other routine maintenance items while he was here. Overall great experience and service.

I am a bit of a DIY guy. So I had contacted several garage door suppliers to try and get a door. They all told me that it would be 8-12 weeks for me to get a door. I called Hamilton Garage Doors, and they had a technician out in a couple of days to help me color match and give me a quote. They had the door installed inside of a week. On top of that, it was a higher quality insulated door for a lower price than what I was going to get if I did it myself, and they replaced the track, springs and trim. I definitely called the right guys.

I'm a property manager and have used Matt several times all with perfect results. This last time, I felt really STUPID. I couldn't get a new remote to work so I called HGD. Matt is smarter than I am! He got it fixed in record time.

Outstanding customer service from Hamilton Garage Doors of Westfield! I talked with Matt late afternoon to schedule an appointment to fix my garage door. When I told him my car was parked in the garage and I couldn't manually open the door, he offered to stop by after work and get my garage door open. What a relief to have my car parked outside in case there was an emergency. Scott showed up first thing the next morning and did a great job fixing my garage door.

He was extremely kind, efficient and professional! I'd called another company to get a quote. They were very evasive about the cost of the repair and not as helpful. The estimate they gave me as the possible lowest cost was substantially more than what Hamilton Garage Doors quoted me. So both the cost and customer service from Hamilton Garage Doors was superior to the larger, highly advertised company. For my money, Hamilton Garage Doors of Westfield is the only choice for expert, courteous, affordable garage door repairs!
