These guys are the best. Honest. Fair prices. John really knows the cheapest route to take that still maintains quality. They've fixed the paint and did bodywork on a couple vintage Porsches for me. They have another shop in Plano, go see Mark, he's the expert there. I went in to get some paint damage looked at and Mark said I can fix that.

He came back w some tools and my car looks great now, didn't even charge me! In this day and age when you can't always trust these guys are a true find. And the Plano shop is expanding and will have automotive repairs soon as well

Had a great experience here. The team there is very responsive and communicates quickly on updates. Needed my car completed by a certain date to avoid losing rental car coverage from my insurance company and they met the date and came in off hours to give me my car back. I have another car with a minor scratch and will be taking it there soon based on the good experience I had.

John was extremely helpful. They saw me right away, provided expert advice, did the service they knew they could do, directed me to someone else that could help me when they weren't sure. Extremely professional. Couldn't recommend more!

I was a little nervous to use go to Hance's because I mistakenly thought the location would be the prices would match the neighborhood. Not the case! They have a menu of prices for transparency. They fixed my bumper very fast as a walk-in. A chore I had been dreading for months ended up being a very pleasant experience as I was able to walk to Knox-Henderson and window shop and have a drink and walk back to get my car when it was ready. Great experience.

I had an accident in my 2020 Honda Civic., and I needed someone to fix it. So I search through Google and I came across Hance's Uptown Collison. They had real high reviews, and real good testimonials. So I said I'll try them and I tell you they did not disappoint. Absolutely horrible service. I was given a three week time estimated that turned into over a month. The lack of customer service was apparent in the few emails and calls experienced. Most importantly, the communication between their business and client was to the point of disrespectful. The time I spent dealing with insurance, extending car rentals and having to follow up with their team was outrageous.

To tell me lll get my car at the end of the week then not update me that I was in fact not getting my car till the day before was upsetting to myself, as well as unprofessional. Go somewhere that will give you accurate time frames, updates and just decent, professional communication.

My car was recently dented in a fender bender and needed to be repaired. After dealing with all the insurance "stuff, " I got quotes for the work and decided upon Hance's Plano location. Alton was professional, easy to work with and was able to get my car in right away. The body work and paint/clear coat came back looking great. I was quite pleased with the results and would recommend using Hance Uptown Collision if the need arises!

I try to keep my 2015 Infiniti Q40 in showroom condition so I brought it to Hance's for repair after a parking lot hit and run. It is obvious they are car people and want to do a first rate job. I was very happy with the work they did and will be back. Great results are the main thing, but the fact that they are courteous and delivered on time was a plus.

John at Hance diligently retrieved my debit card that was accidentally dropped in the window opening of my car. He had to remove the inside door panel to get to it struggling about 20 minutes and was able to reach down to retrieve my card. And did NOT charge a dime. Such good customer service is why we continue to be their customer.

I went to Hance's to fix a rear bumper after a minor collision. I had to work with the other person's insurance which is usually a hassle, but Carrie at Hance's took all correspondence off of my hands and made it seamless. I was able to get the car in the day after I stopped by for a quote which is unheard of at the larger body shops. They did take 24 days to fix the bumper but most of that was due to having to order a new one and deal with a slow responding insurance agent on the other side. Carrie updated me frequently throughout the process and was great to deal with.

The new bumper came out looking awesome, and it comes with a lifetime warranty on the paint job. All in all, I would highly recommend going to Hance's for any work done. They are also a local business so supporting them feels great! Thanks Carrie and team!

I'll start with - I am not a car person, so my descriptions will be dumb. Something was hanging from the bottom of my moms mid-size SUV. Looked to me like it could just be taken off, so we decided to go to a shop instead of the dealer. Hance's was recommended to us by Dunlap Swain around the corner. My mom has been going to DS since before I was born, so we trust them.

Once there, John (I'm pretty sure that's his name) was very quick to help and so kind to my mom. He took the thing off the car and said nothing else looked wrong. Big relief for us. It made the start of my Friday morning much easier than anticipated and my mom was VERY happy! I'm up in Plano, so I'll probably check out the Plano location if/when I need assistance. If they're anything like this location, I know I'll be in excellent hands! This Dallas location will be my moms go-to for sure.

Owner Rob and his staff, John were the best! I came in last week for a door ding estimate and they got me an on-the spot estimate and were even able to fix it same day with in a few hours. Great honest guys. I was expecting to spend significantly more for body work and they told me it was just some missing screws and had me back on the street in 20 minutes. Very impressed.

Had a broken rear door handle on an old Subaru. They matched the paint well, but the door has never been the same and obviously rattles when closed now. Brought it in and watched their tech go into the door for about 10 minutes, unable to find anything. Rather than getting more invasive (there's some sort of plastic adhesive covering in the door that has to be manipulated) I just live with it. If this was an expensive car I don't think I'd be too happy.

I walked in for an estimate on damage to the wheel well/fender of my Tacoma and was provided a fair and reasonable estimate for PDR work right away. The next day, I dropped my truck off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. The PDR Technician did the best he could but because of the way my truck was damaged, he said it was too difficult to get the contour perfectly shaped, so they knocked 2/3 off the price of my estimate.

I would say they fixed the damage 95% of perfect and certainly as well as I could have expected (see for yourself, before and after pics attached). The estimate was already fair to begin so they did not have to knock 2/3 off the price, but they did, so I received excellent service for much less than I expected. I'll be going back and recommending them to everyone I know. This is a quality, local shop that puts their customers first. Give them your business.

Great customer service and quality of work performed. Hance responded quickly (within hours) to my online inquiry and I was at the shop same day. They performed an estimate for repairs and we set a date to bring the car in. I had relatively minor dent repair work done, but the car was ready to be picked up the same day that I dropped it off for repairs and the work was excellent.

I interacted with 3 different staff members during my visits, and all 3 were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This was my first time using Hance and I will certainly return for any future repair work - I can't recommend them enough. Also, their prices are very reasonable. Overall great experience and you can trust that your car is in good hands.

Hance's did an outstanding job repairing a challenging dent on my Audi RS7. The dent was at a point where several different angles and edges meet on an aluminum door. They obviously have some very skilled and experienced people. Customer service was top notch and I appreciated the regular updates. I definitely recommend Hance's.

Service and quality was off the charts, start to finish. They were very quick to get back to my online inquiry and refreshingly informative. I brought my Audi in for an estimate for what I thought was going to be a small panel replacement (what I'd been told by another shop.and honestly what I believed). The woman at reception greeted me pleasantly and took my information. Headed outside to look at the damage.

These guys took one look at it with me and were honest and direct - no need to totally replace it, it just wasn't properly attached. Not only did they identify the problem correctly, they fixed it. Properly. Right there. Then. No charge for such a simple straight forward fix! Covid protocols - everyone was masked, distanced and very professional. A+ here as well.

I work in retail and I will be using this experience as an example professionally to teach what customer service should look like. It's rare today. These folks here deserve every single one of the stars. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The biggest shout out to Hance's, especially Michelle & Mike. I can't thank for recommend them enough. We accidentally ran over a green spray paint can (yes, the neon green type) and it exploded all over the back of our black 4Runner. I quickly called Hance's and they said to bring it in. Michelle and Mike quickly sprung into action and lent a hand (and some supplies) to help remove the paint before the sun baked it on there. They were so generous with their time and expertise. It saved us big time. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, and selfless. Many many many THANKS!

I got rear ended pretty hard while I was stopped at a right light, which did some major damage. I called this place immediately and dropped my car off the next day. ( This was May 26th mind you) While my insurance company made this a living nightmare for me, this Company really took care of me and were upfront and honest the entire time. I hate body shops, I always feel taken advantaged of, but not with them. Tamara there is AMAZING. You're lucky if you get her working on your case, because she really cares and will do anything to get you and your car taken care of.

I JUST got my vehicle back last Friday, which was not their fault, but all in all I am glad that this was the company that took care of my car. She look brands new! Very happy.

I had a wonderful experience at Hance Paint and Body Service! Richard and William were wonderful, keeping me informed the whole time and answering all my questions. This was my first time needing my car repaired after getting into an accident. The accident was someone else's fault and I was working with her insurance company which is known to be difficult to work with. Richard and William were on the phone fighting with the insurance company to get me the best parts available.

My car was cleaned and detailed prior to pick up as well. It looks amazing! Just like new! Thanks so much Hance Paint and Body Service! I will definitely return for any car fixing needs!

Hance has been taking care of me for years and for a good reason. They are better than the dealerships, can get all the dealership parts (or after market if that is the preference), for less cost. The professionalism and customer service is unprecedented. I am picky about reviews. I can say this is a top review.

I'm going to post 3 reviews for Hance's - Before, During and After work completion on my car. So, here's the Before review: I'm disappointed that I'm limited to 5 stars. I give Hance's a 10 star rating on how I have been treated as a customer. I have learnt much from Stan and Amy on how to treat people. I have been treated with utmost respect and with an attitude of serving my needs.

I came here as a referral from someone that hit my car in a parking lot when I wasn't present. The person had the honesty, decency and courtesy of leaving a note apologizing for his mistake and leaving me his card. When I met the person, he not only gave me his insurance details but recommended Hance Body Shop as someone to consider. I have a Red BMW 3 series that got drivers side front bumper and head light damage. Reluctantly, I went in to Hance's and what a refreshing experience.

I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with a detailed estimate emailed to me for submission to insurance. Hance's estimate was very close to insurance adjusters estimate. Hance's have assured me that they will work closely with the adjuster and I need not worry about a thing. I've made the appointment and will drop the car off to Hance so work can begin to repair damage.

During the entire repair process - Hance's proactively kept me posted on progress. Then, when work was complete, I picked up my car. And lo and behold it was brand spanking new. Just like it did the first day I drove it out of the dealership. Bravo, Rob, Stan and Lauren.

I've recently had my front bumper/side fender repaired here from a minor fender bender Positive Feedback: -Their customer service is professional and gives off the impression that they care for your business. -Repairs come with a lifetime warranty, so that's great -Very responsive and great at communication -Dent was repaired satisfactorily Negative Feedback -Unfortunately, while the repair had a good turnaround time, the execution of the repair was very lackluster when it came to the final detail.

The reason for this review being a one star review is because I've had to come back a second time as I have noticed that my vehicle had several markings written on the body that were part of their repair process that have not been removed. Adding to that, upon my return (2nd Visit) they promised to address the issue immediately with compounding and buffing out these markings.

Even had me inspect the car to make sure the markings were gone (which they seemed to be). A week later, I am washing my car and all markings remain present, forcing me to have to call again and set up a third time to bring my car to the shop. Conclusion: My time is valuable as a business professional and I don't like to waste it on repeat visits for petty issues that didn't even have anything to do with the repair in the first place. Hance's was beyond amazing helping me navigate my bodywork needed after someone hit my car. They were able to discuss the details of the damage with my insurance, and speed up the repairs that needed to be completed so I didn't have to wait too long for the work to be done. I worked closely with Stan and Amy who kept me extremely informed on the repairs needed, the overall cost, and the estimated time of completion on its work.

The best part was picking up my car, and seeing that they not only got it cleaned after the work is done, but they had it detailed! I was so delighted that I have not stopped telling my friends and family about their speedy process and how amazing my repairs look. I am so grateful for their help, and would definitely use them again for any future car bodywork I may need to be completed.

I've used Hance paint and body multiple times over the years-- for hail damage or fender benders.they always treat me fairly and my car always looks awesome I wouldn't go anywhere else Update: just got another car repaired here--after something flew off a trailer in front of me on 35-E and hit the front/side of my Honda. Hance was able to fix it like new plus had their paintless person pull out an earlier dent that was never big enough to get fixed but always bugged me. Lauren and the front office staff were super patient explaining the process to me and I appreciate their professionalism. They really do care about their customers. Its rare to find a business like this anywhere, but especially in the body repair and paint industry.
