I communicate by phone with a lot of doors companies, House of Windows gave me all I need, the glass doors plus the Installer. Joel, Yodenia and Lissette were all very helpful, the Installer Eddy came home, made the right measurements, I placed the order over the phone with Joel, 4 weeks later they called me saying the doors were ready, Eddy the installer made the delivery and Installation, Eddy and his crew were great, protected all my house furniture/equipment, they did the installation and all the finish ups on the drywall and floor, Very responsable, Thanks Eddy.

I like coming to this business because Lisette is great to work with and she's very quick to respond when I need questions answered and I like that their bilingual and it's a very smooth process each time. The rest of the staff is very friendly and I always feel comfortable when I'm working with them. I own my own hurricane impact windows and doors company and sometimes need some parts and I'm always happy to know she can get them.

In Miami it's very rare to find a place with a friendly staff knowledgeable staff and overall great service. And when you do a review is warranted. The people here are amazing! they had everything that I needed and they answered all my questions did not feel rushed was not rude in anyway I wish I had more issues just so they could fix them! I rarely write a review, and this place deserves a full 5 stars! Simple amazing!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who saved me $ on parts for my French doors. Didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. Definitely recommended.
