Houston Overhead Garage Doors

We have been waiting for 10 months to get a defective panel replaced. This is a new home with two different color garage doors. They are blaming the manufacturer and saying now mid August 2022. They will not replace the garage door, so we have to wait on a panel. Do not use these guys!

I have used Halo two times in the past few months. They have given me prompt service and very competitive pricing. Their technicians are not only fast and knowledgeable they are friendly as well. Will definitely use them for future needs.

They were on time done what they needed to do have used them in the past. Will call again if needed for my garage door repaired.

I had to go through 3 garage door companies to find Halo after one of my garage door torsion springs broke. The first company that generally serviced my garage doors were not interested in helping due to the difficulty of finding replacement springs, the second company with very high ratings was all talk and no help to replace the existing springs and insisted on a call fee anyway, and then Halo was approached and they are terrific!

They knew we had a problem, got our cars out with a once off door opening solution and then found the springs in another City and they fixed the problem after 4 days of no garage door use and charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Halo and am now a loyal customer thanks to their performance!

The gentleman was on time, professional, and helped me set up my pin on the keypad. He explained how everything worked or would not work in certain situations before he left. He was polite and thorough!

Having to replace the top panel of a garage door no longer in production, Alex worked and found the top panel that would match my existing garage door and their tech came to the house and completed that task at a very affordable rate. I am very satisfied.

They sell quality doors but service is terrible. I had a problem while under warranty and no one would respond or call back (Stephen) or help. Multiple calls. Once a lady told me they were too busy and to call lift master support. Now warranty is up by 2 weeks and they want to charge $90 for a service call. I gave them a pass when they incorrectly measured a roll up door which caused me to have an additional $250 of framing work done. Maybe it was a warning sign. Buyer beware.

Halo overhead doors made my experience picking and ordering my new garage door easy, they have so many selections of high quality door to choose from, after choosing the right door and was told the price which included new springs, rails, other parts and installation. The price was much lower than the other companies and better product, there were no hidden cost, I would recommend them very highly.
