Incorporated in 1912, Richards-Wilcox was the first company in Canada to introduce sectional overhead doors and establish nationwide distribution channels. In the 1970s, RW launched a full line of steel sectional doors. In the 1980s, we began production of a continuous polyurethane insulated section - one of only three lines of its kind in North America.
The subsequent decades have brought continual improvements to our product offerings and manufacturing processes, including the addition of a full range of residential polyurethane insulated sectional doors.

We have been waiting for our 5 garage doors for over 18 weeks now. When we first ordered we were told 6 weeks. We have now been told that on 4 separate occasions they were on a truck for delivery. Every month they are over it ends up costing us as we can not move in until the garage doors are on. The doors as of today are going to be one more month. Honestly awful service. Its one thing for product to be late its a nother for the many lies they tell.

Wow the receptionist was rude when I called for information. Sounded like she didn't want to be there, using a condescending tone with me. Speechless how companies of this level have employees in customer service that act like this. Remember we are the ones buying from you. Easy choice to push us to Wayne Dalton garage doors for the project.
