At J&A Overhead Door, we perform a variety of garage door services while providing the absolute best in customer service. We carry the full line of residential and commercial garage doors from ProDoor as well as LiftMaster garage door openers. A lot of houses are built the same, but every home is different. I Contacted Amy at J&A to give me a quote on supplying and installing 5 over head doors in May 2014 the Quote was timely and Amy followed up every other day until signed contract approximate a week and a half later, at which time I made the mistake of paying for the job in full. Once under contract I was quoted 3 weeks lead time on the doors. The doors were not installed until after august 15th and they did not install the seals at that time due to a miscalculation in the metal wrapping on the door openings.
It took several calls over the next few weeks to get a response on why the seals were not installed on my doors. In September the miscalculation in the metal wrapping at the door openings was corrected and J&A agreed to be out and install the door seals that week. Now it is the week of Thanksgiving it is cold out and after weekly communication with J&A about the installation of my seals they still have not showed up on the scheduled dates to install as promised. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a subcontactor!
