Jim's Glass Service

The "glass" on our fireplace insert cracked and we needed a replacement. I called around and Jim's was by far the best around. Other places were saying two weeks but Jim's said they move these type of repairs to the front because they know how important it is to have a heat source working correctly in your home during these cold winter months. Turnaround was less than a day. It felt good to be in front of the fire again last night. A huge thank you to Jim's Glass Service.

It was ok they quoted me a price and it was a lot higher when I got there to pick up the screens. And also they gave me an approximate time that would be ready and they weren't so today during the storm I had to go out and go down and get my screens cuz I told them that I would and my word is good. But the screen looked good.

Still waiting on my glass I ordered 12 weeks ago. Tried calling and got nothing but kicked down the street like an unwanted can. I'm done with them.

Nice place, good food, waitress didn't tell us their specials. Would have had prime rib if we new. Claims were really small, but price was right. Waitress was slow, bartender talked to long with others, not fast enough. Will go back again someday. The Waiter was very good

Fantastic service and great prices. I would highly recommend Jim's to anyone with broken window or screen. They also do showers!

Jim's staff have always been responsive to our needs. They did a great job on our new shower door and returned to adjust it as soon as it was needed. Price was very reasonable and the install went great. They also made some glass table tops for us and cut them precisely to size and finished the edges very well.

I'm a builder, I hired Jims's glass to replace a fixed glass panel in my living room. I could have done it myself, but thought it would be done better safer by a pro. the glass was replaced but broken glass was scattered over the living room, nobody told us there was an accident. Unfortunately my wife discovered the broken glass by finding a piece in her foot.

I have two young children who play there. I called and asked for a manager and was told that he would call me back. He didn't. I called back another day and the secretary actually told me that she didn't have a cell number to contact him. Really. In 2018? Anyhow, I'm not impressed with Jims's glass, I would recommend hiring a professional instead.

I worked with their office for over four months trying to complete a simple three shelf cabinet glass order.and I still don't have them. I pity their Commercial customers.
