I have used JLC Enterprises for 2 of my homes. They are fantastic! My pergola is beautiful and the talk of the subdivision. It is a 2 post cantilever which fits perfectly in my small backyard. Tim's employees are so professional when working and even remembered my dog Walter from the previous house! Would recommend JLC before any other company!

I had Tim with JLC Enterprises do some backyard remodeling at my house and man, they are awesome! The two installers, Ryan and Brandon were fast, clean and the detail work was more than I could ask for! Tim told me when they were going to be there, they were on time and even finished ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Tim D. and his team at JLC! Here's why? First - he will show up on time for your estimate appt. Second - he will provide you a written estimate and a fair price. Third - he will provide you a detailed drawing and a list of materials. Fourth - he knows how and when to communicate and follows up. Fifth - if something goes wrong - he and his team will fix it and limit any inconveniences to you. Sixth - they provide the small things in your shade structure that make a difference (decent: outlets, switch covers; electrical add-ons: lights, fan, speaker installs) Finally - there are lots of choices in the Valley that can build you a Pergola - however JLC and Tim will do it the right way.

Had JLC come out to estimate a pergola on our home. Tim was great. Had all the info, brochures, and answered all the questions we had. Tim even filled out the forms we had to submit to our HOA.
