Came in to get many copies of a key made. Staff worked quickly and efficiently, they had the right blanks on hand, and got me on my way. All the keys worked properly. Great service, well definitely be back the next time I need keys made.

Did not do automotive key programming but was very helpful in directing me to other qualified professionals in my area.

Joseph Locksmith responded to my needs within the hour that I placed the service call, midday on a Friday. Performed a temporary repair for the multi dwelling (8 tenants), for heavily used front and back locks, so the tenants were safe over the weekend. Returned to perform a permanent solution with new cores! Very professional, prompt and courteous. Being a property manager, I value this level of service. Highly recommend.

Ken was available to come out and assess our locks on the same day we called. He was able to re-key all of our locks. Very quick and efficient. I moved into a new house a few years ago and needed the locks changed. The work was a little bit complicated because there were several different sets of locks/keys and some bolts that were against fire codes. Most lock companies that you can find via web search are scams (large companies that don't actually have a physical location near you but will show up on a map as though they do, and will overcharge), but Joseph's is the real deal - a small company located right here in Worcester.

I called Joseph's and was quickly able to make an appointment with one of their locksmiths, Will. He was really helpful and explained very clearly what my different options were, even with the complicated mix of old locks in the house. I wanted to save money by going to the hardware store myself and buying locks, and he instructed me exactly what I needed to buy. He then installed everything quickly and professionally, at a much lower cost than I'd expected. Will definitely use them again if I need lock work done!

Sometimes, people shine when they CANT help you. They do not cut laser keys, they very professionally directed me to someone who could. Very professional and pleasant, will go there when I need something they can help me with.

Extremely knowledgeable about locks. I bought an old truck and the key only worked in the ignition. They determined that the key was worn. They determined the proper pattern and created a key that worked properly in all the locks, as well as programing the car computer for all the new chipped keys.
