This place is good the ladies at the front that do the ordering know what they are talking about when it comes to ordering windows I have come here three times for my windows and I don't think anyone beats their prices

These are my brand new windows from Lang Exterior Inc.2323 W.59th Street. I hired Grzegorz Nedza Remodeling 3 Paxos dr.apt 2e, Palos Hill, IL 60465 to install 11 windows and he turns and purchase the cheapest windows to increase his profit. Installation on 08/17/2021 Condensation, Frost and Draft.

For some reason the glass from one of our recently installed Lang windows had broken and when I brought it in to get fixed they offered to fix the window for free. All the other windows in the house look great and have worked wonderfully!

My contractor is Michigan found Lang from another client. We just replaced 17 windows and 3 sliding doors. We love them! So far I'm very happy!

This company and its staff have been outstanding and provided the best product for my company for over 15yrs. The wholesale pricing makes the sale for my middle class customer base affordable, and at the same time recieve a high quality window. I have installed these windows in my home and for my family and friends. For 15yrs I have yet to receive a call for return service requests or complaints.

We have been purchasing windows for our renovation projects over the years at Lang and always happy with the product. Theresa and Jen are great, always helpful and get us what we need. Also, they are the only company that does not paint their windows. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered all triple pane argon filled windows for my new construction and they are outstanding. The house stays warm in winter and cool in summer. They are very well insulated and look great. For awesome customer service as for Beth!

I want to say thank you to the Team at Lang Exterior windows. They allowed me to come in after work hours and drop off my broken window. They had a quick turnaround time with the repair. They also found out that I was currently in the military and they really took care of me and showed great appreciation for my service.

This is the worst company in the construction industry I have dealt with in a long time. I've been in business 20 years so I probably best to just keep selling though a manufacturer like Lincoln or Lindsay. Both of them offer REAL warranties and stand by their product rather than blowing people off for months. Can't stand little crappy companies that give me and my clients the run around.

They were extremely helpful and informative. I will definitely be back in the near future for any of my window needs.

Absolute junk! 4 didfferent contractors, 3 different window companies have seen this garbage and all, every single one, say that lang exteriors sells the worst windows. they rip off families who have been through tragedy! uneducated, morally corrupt, thieves! contact me for photo proof, within a week a site is being developed to specifically stop lang exteriors as well as lawsuits! ALL 7 PEOPLE HAVE SEEN THEY WERE PROPERLY INSTALLED, THEY ARE JUST JUNK THEY USE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY THEY BLAME EVERYONE ELSE FROM BEHIND A LAZY PERSONS CUBICLE NOTICE THAT THE HOMES HUMIDITY IS NORMAL!

A friend recommended Lang Exterior and I'm so glad he did! I was using Climate Guard but Lang has such better pricing and quality! I highly recommended you buy from them!

I came to Lang with my contractor looking to replace my old Storm Windows and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service we received! Jan was super helpful and knowledgable. Rather than simply selling me what I came in for, she took the time to educate me on why I might be making a big mistake by putting up new Storm's instead of buying replacement windows.

She spent 15-20 minutes explaining the pro's and con's and gave me a detailed price breakdown on both options (I was shocked to learn that the price difference was nominal). After considering what she said (and taught me), we've decided to make the investment in replacement windows instead of wasting our money on new Storm's. Jan could have quickly sold me the storms and moved onto the next customer but she was willing to take the time to educate me and make a thoughtful recommendation. I'm not sure where these negative reviews come from. My contractor (who has worked with Lang for decades) raves about this company and I had an excellent experience with them.

We've been using Lang Exterior windows on all of our projects for over 5 years now. Never had an issue. And you can't beat their prices. Lead time is only 7-10 days (comparing to 4 weeks wait on Jeld-Wen or Sierra Pacific). Their customer service is great: always very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Our contractor accidentally broke the glass on one of the window sashes and they got it replaced within a day. It saved us so much time and money! Highly recommend them.

Customer service in this location is superb! They are very patient to explain types of windows and measurement. I made a mistake giving them the wrong measurements and paid for it. They are so nice to correct it free of charge! Also, their price is so much more competitive compare to the one right across! Will definitely work with them again.

After being encouraged to reach out for a resolution, I contacted Lang in the hopes of getting my window issues resolved. I jumped through a bunch of hoops, sent pictures, called, etc and have been completely ignored since then. I will not be wasting any more time on this.

We have been long time customers and truly appreciate the quality of the windows that Lang builds. We have referred customers to their showroom to investigate choices and they have been equally pleased!

Just placed anouther order at lang exterior, the girls behide the counter are extremely helpfull as to making sure my order was place correctly, and the customer service is a 10 star. keep up the great service i will be back with more orders my customers love youre windows.

The customer service associated with this company at BOTH LOCATIONS is BEYOND HORRIBLE. My contractor and I contacted the Pulaski location and requested to speak to a Supervisor. WE WERE IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON! WE SPOKE TO CHRISTINE, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, AND SHE HUNG UP ON US FOUR TIMES! AND SUPPOSEDLY SHE IS THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER! We contacted the location on 59th street and spoke to the office manager, Fran. ONCE AGAIN, FRAN HUNG UP ON US!

We called 2 additional times and requested to speak to the owner and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. As of yet, we could not get through to a Supervisor or the owner. BUYER BEWARE! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU AS A NEW CUSTOMER IMAGINE HOW THEY WILL TREAT YOU IF YOU RUN INTO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WINDOWS! They may have cheaply priced windows but the trade off is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE THE ANTICHRIST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
