We are general contractors out of Tampa Florida and are extremely picky about the subcontractors we choose. We needed a small project done for our house out of the Tampa Bay area and decided to work with a local small business. We were pleasantly surprised at their amazing customer service, attention to detail and timely installation. Gina as well as the installers were a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

I had 3 new screens manufactured and the rest of the screens rescreened on October 21, 2121. After I picked up all the ecreens I found the 3 bathroom screens were wrong size, 2 of their workers came to my house, told me they had measured wrong and took the 3 new screens back to the shop with them. ive been calling monthly for the last 5 months but they still haven't replaced my screens, all I get is a runaround from the office. Never do business with these people.

We purchased shower doors for our bathroom reno. Working with Gina and Marissa made it very easy to get information on options and pricing. An employee came to measure, and was on time and knowledgeable, recommending an appropriate height for the shower space. We hit a little snag when their supplier sent the wrong product (not Lemon Bay's fault - the box was marked nickel but contained chrome fixtures), but it was resolved in reasonable time.

The installers arrived on schedule, calling to let us know when they were on their way, and were polite and knowledgeable. And the doors are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality products and service.

I had these guys install two glass enclosures on two of our showers. Mike was the lead guy and was assisted on two different days by Angelo and Paul. Our installation was completed on March 3rd 2022. My wife and I could not be happier with the installation. First of all we installed two things that are apparently not that common. We had all bronze glass and in one bathroom had an exposed rolling track on top.

The products that they put in were definitely not cheep. But they are beautiful and are meant to be there for the long term. So the products are beautiful but it would not be so good if it were not for the expert team that did this job. First Jamie came in to tell us what was possible and what they could do for us. She was great and very patient with us.

Then Mike came in to handle the install. All I can say is that this guy is fantastic! He is an artist. He managed to handle a big change to the install while it was in progress. Everything he did was perfect! Seriously. He did a few things for us to make sure that we would not have any problems down the road. We can say enough about Mike. He is the guy you want to do your install.

So here we are a few weeks after the install and we are still totally thrilled with the job that Lemon bay did for us. Thanks guys for the great work, the great materials and the great service! I would not use anyone else if I need more work done.

This company does not warranty their work. I hired Lemon Bay Glass to install shower en closer for our second bathroom. We discovered the top frame was getting caught on the shower door. This bathroom is seldom used, we discovered this when we had relatives stay with us. Lemon bay sent a repair tech out to make the adjustment, 10 minutes max. They billed us $145.00 for their own issue. Shop other companies for more reliable service.

I can't express my gratitude enough for this company. Every single time I call or go into the office I am greeted with smiles and laughter. They are super friendly and always have solutions even for my complicated projects. I strongly recommend Lemon Bay Glass. We purchased a second home in Venice, Fl and wanted to have frameless shower doors installed in the master bath shower and the tub in the guest bedroom plus have a wall of full length mirrors removed. Dan and Gina were professional, helped us decide best options for glass door configuration, and were prompt in providing the quote. And Danielle in the office was great to deal with concerning questions and scheduling.

And taking down the wall of mirrors was carefully and professionally done. Mike, our installer, was especially great to deal with. Lemon Bay Glass updated our bath, process was professional from start to finish. I wanted a seamless shower enclosure. high quality glass which makes the whole bathroom look larger and much easier to clean. Elegant, classic look! Additionally, the mirror was framed to give it a more complete look. Mike has patience and excellent attention to detail. Our home is older and was a bit of a challenge. Mike did an exceptional job! Spectacular. from start to finish. I wanted to update my bathroom without spending a fortune. I had the large mirror framed with white edges board over the sinks and shower door changed to simple elegant glass. no aluminum edge as all one does is clean it! Mike was awesome from start to finish-- a talented gentleman with an eye for detail and knowledge. From the show room to the finish carpenter Mike, they maintained Covid guidelines, came in a timely manner.
