If I can put zero I will. We sent transmission for Caterpillar forklift to be repaired, they charged us around 1100$ with delivery, then we picked up back and installed to the forklift it didn't work because they didn't fix any thing they cleaned it from inside only! Then we send the whole forklift back to fix it, after 4 month they returned the forklift back with missing parts from transmission and damaged also the kept the parts of transmission out and everywhere!
Inside big box! So we send the whole forklift to fix it then they returned with Cocktail from parts everywhere like you take care of it! Really bad customer service with really bad experience with them after I lost more than 3000$ between delivery and repair then I lost now the whole transmission! Almost used price 9000$.
