We contacted Lighthouse windows for some new windows and front door. Kieran Liam and Tom were fantastic very professional and tidy. Extremely pleased with the work that we had done.

From enquiry to completion Michelle and the team delivered fantastic customer service and communication surrounding our purchase. Despite the current climate we were always kept up to date about the delivery and installation times, keeping our mind at rest. The shutters are of such high quality and look perfect in our home. They really have exceeded all expectations and we would certainly reccommend Lighthouse Shutters to anyone. Thank you so much for all of your help and hard work over a really difficult few months.

My wife and I went to Lighthouse Windows for a quote for new windows on recommendation from a friend. Now that the job is complete, I would like to say how pleased we are, both with the product and the workmanship. Our two fitters, Phil and Liam were excellent, clean and tidy, and always respectfull of property. On the final day, once they had tidied up and left us, you wouldn't have known they had been here. All in all a brilliant job carried out with great care and professionalism. Well done Mark Sherratt!

Imy disabled mum had windows replaced and a bedroom window replaced with a door they where polite at first price was not the cheapest. on day of instalation the first window in kitchen was put in the proper way but then it was a rush did nor foam as for the bedroom door it was fitted poorley not cavaty closers did not close right i got the back several times as the room was cold i wanted them to remove the sides as there was no closers they would not got very shirty they did after about 4 returns no appoligy 1 year after 1 hinge on lounge window broke they can out fast but mothes on repieted attempts they just delayed it even though there vans were working in the next street. i would never use them there are better IN WEYMOUTH AND PORTLAND mark has a very short temper and it shows when things dont go right

Had the company fit 8 windows and two new doors. Old double glazing replaced by new sash triple glazed windows at front of house on a main road. Terrific result cant believe the difference in noise level, and the aesthetic effect is great. Have had weeks of people stopping outside the window and having a look. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Also had all the guttering replaced. Throughout the fitting the staff were professional and tidy. Would recommend if your looking for a professional and friendly service.

Our shutters are fantastic! Very helpful and patient during the initial discussions, listened to our requirements and found solutions for us. Fitted our 5 shutters in about 1/2 day and were very friendly and courteous throughout. The shutters are a great addition to our home, wouldn't be the same if we didn't have them.!

Lighthouse Windows has just installed our bifold doors. We are delighted with the doors and can highly recommend Mark and his team. The work included knocking down a wall, installing a steel, removing a radiator, moving the outside light, plastering and carpentry. Every one of the tradespeople who worked on the job were highly professional, polite and friendly and respected COVID guidelines.

Each of them took great pride in their work and completed their part of the installation to a very high standard. Mark runs a very tight ship and when he said something would be done, it was. Thank you Mark, Becky and the whole team.

I had back door and garage side door fitted in September. They were professional, they came when they said and did a good job fitting. Also were the cheapest around. I will be using them again.
