Always extremely helpful. Today I forgot to asked for the edges of the glass I ordered to be smoothed, but the guy at the counter went back and did it for me himself while I waited!

I've only ever heard good things about these guys. So when a window broke I took in a small basement window frame that needed new glass. Had me all set in less than 2 days. Great staff and pricing.

I had the worst experience with ordering from this place. I would give them zero stars if I could. I built a new home and ordered an entire house worth of doors (over $5000). The doors came damaged, the quality was poor, and worse the customer service did nothing to fix the issues or come out and evaluate them. The only effort they put in was to contact the manufacturer which just told me to caulk the issues.

I had door jambs that were split and warped, doors that had damage, and the "solid" doors I ordered were just cheap MDF veneer. I would have been better off ordering doors from Menards. The quality would have been better and they would have taken back the doors. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am going to be filing a BBB complaint regarding this place. We ordered all new doors, for the whole house from this place and they have sent us the worst quality doors for the doors they rememberedto order. The frame alignment was off on half the doors, they sent us the wrong pantry door, they just plain forgot to order 3 doors.

And worst of all, they forgot to order the front storm door. We waited months for them to be painted, and by the time the installers were here, they didn't have a front door, just sidelights. We have had to send back the hardware that was ordered wrong as well. What kind of business runs like this? Never buy in bulk from this place, they cannot handle it, it is the most unorganized place in the world. I won't buy a dog door from this place in the future.

It's kind of ridiculous how often they have exactly what I need tuckex back in tucked warehouse. Very helpful staff.

I felt that I was rushed. Place is crowded. The salesperson for some reason showed me the cheapest product. I like to save money, but I read reviews on manufacturer. I am not sure I come there again. They have list if installers they recommend. The one recommended to me was not returning calls, impossible to schedule.

I stopped in on Wednesday to order a custom sized storm door for my upstairs deck at my home. The door was shorter and narrower than a standard size, they told me that had a door that could be cut down and that it would fit. They called me the very next day to tell me it was ready and that they did not need to modify the width of the door after all, just the height.

When I picked up the door, they refunded me the extra charge for the width modification. When I went to install the door, I saw where it was trimmed down, they did a nice job on it and even sealed the bottom with silicone. The price was great for the quality of product I received, and the door was even made in the US.

I called the store regarding their security doors and they were extremely detailed. I ended up having to go there to view exactly what I want. the place is clean organized and quick! I will definitely be back

I like Lisbon Storm screen, especially (some) of the guys working there are very helpful. And. some of them are not so helpful. And are low-key rude sometimes when you're asking simple questions. But for this Mom and Pop store that has definitely cornered the market for years in Milwaukee for selling quality used and new windows and doors. I must say I am grateful that they are a part of our city and community especially for us contractors. Keep up the good work guys. And also please inform.some of the guys there to keep their apparent problems at home, customers can feel it and it doesn't feel nice.

We orderd two security storm doors and one entrance door. The staff at Lisbon Storm, Screen and Door was very helpful in helping us select the appropriate doors and hardware options. Great staff. Thanks for all the help. We worked with a contractor Dan from 2ManCrew who was very efficient in installing the doors. He was very efficient in installing the doors and didn't leave a mess. The Lisbon Storm, Screen & Door store staff is a shining example of professional service. The window brands offered are the best quality available at reasonable prices. They helped me find energy effiencient new windows that look great on my house. Our electric and gas bills for our cold midwest winters and hot summers were reduced substancially. Their second hand windows and door section on site is awesome for finding a replacement older storm window or door as well.

After my windows were installed and caulked tight, I was super impressed with the completed job. My new windows and excellant caulking job are beauiful. Man, did the windows reduce noise from the street and no more drafty cold breezes inside the house. I never expected how impressive the complete job would be. I love this store! Thank you.

When I called to get a quote for a new entry door and sidelights, the man that answered was very helpful and said he would have someone call me to schedule for a quote in a day or two. Well. I got a call within an hour! Quote was very favorable and I went through with the job. The contractor, Weiser Window and Door did a great job! Efficient, neat and clean. If I didn't have a new door I would have never known they were there!
