Longview replaced my balcony sliding door and bedroom windows and the work they did was amazing! I dealt with Jennifer who sent a guy to take measurements, recommended Milgard, and then I placed the order via e-mail. They promptly notified me and worked with me to schedule a time to get them installed and their installers were very professional and did the install in around 6 hours or so (practically half the day). I will use them again for my parents house.

We needed four simple interior doors for our home and Longview Doors came through for us. The process was easy, their bid was reasonable and their workmanship was great. I dealt with David when getting the bid and he was knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. On installation day the guys were there exactly on time. Overall, a really good experience.

These guys are terrible. Make sure you get everything in writing if you plan to use them. We order 4" molding around the doors we purchased through them and when it came to the installation they try to put in 2.5" molding. When confronted, they try to ask for more money. The project took 4 months to get done with multiple calls to harass them.

We worked with Jennifer on our first set of bifold doors about two years ago and everything with installation, communication, and final product turned out great, we love our doors so much we are now planning on putting in another larger set and will be working with Jennifer and the Longview team again. Their prices, product, and service cant be beat!

We found Longview because it was the only place open during the time we had to get sliding doors for a bedroom remodel. We wanted something much higher quality than we were finding at Home Depot. The owner helped us select the perfect doors, and we paid for them. I explained that our contractor would pick them up closer to the time they were needed, in 2-3 weeks.
When the doors came in, she called us to let us know. I spoke to her and reminded her that the contractor would call to pick them up. Fast forward 3 weeks - my contractor called be to complain that there was confusion when they went to pick up the doors. I don't know exactly what happened, but it seems there were issues on both sides, and one of his men made things much worse. Is there anything Longview could have done to ease the situation?
I don't know, because I wasn't there. Long story short, the next day they picked up and installed the doors. They are of excellent quality, nice and solid, with superior tracks. Much better than what one typically finds at a big bix store, and for not much more money.

If you're looking for doors and windows don't waist your time this is the place! I'm so happy I found them. Excellent prices and service. Jennifer was so helpful she took care of me and helped me choose the right product for my home. I'm so happy I met her. They did beautiful job at my home. Thank you I love my new doors and windows!

Okay, I want to start by saying that the finished door, after an unbelievable amount of hassle, looks great. But, here is how the customer service went: We went in 1.5 months before the time we needed the door installed. No problem, she said, to have it ready by your due date. Gave her all the details and supposedly the order was in. Received a few emails to check on details/ask questions which we had already answered, but we replied anyway in a timely fashion. Checked in a few weeks before the due date only to find out that the order hadn't been placed in time, with the business making excuses, saying we took too long to reply to emails (not true). So, there would be a delay and they couldn't tell us how long.
It turned out to be WEEKS after the original due date, which was ridiculous, and during this time the woman who runs the office seemed not to care whatsoever about what terrible service we were getting (they already had half our money as a deposit, so she knew we were stuck). When they finally got around to the install, it was done in one day. However, a few days later, we realized the heavy double doors were caving in on each other because the installers hadn't reinforced the frame properly. Also, the office manager had forgotten to order the hardware (door handles) we requested, so they took another 2 weeks.
The installers came back when they had the handles in stock and reinforced the door. It all works perfectly now, but I would never recommend this company to anyone due to the tremendous inconvenience and poor customer service.

This company is terrible. Paid a lot of money for a door to be installed. It was not done right and could see light through the door. The wood door was not stained or sealed and they didn't do anything on it, called them several times to fix the door. They keep saying it was fine. Caught them trying to add some type of sealer to cover the gap and then said see it is fine. Don't ever call them they are a ripoff. Took a lot of money from me and didnt a terrible job installing and didn't care

These guys replaced all my windows with Superior Ultimas. The installers were knowledgeable and fast. Here is the problem. The owner (I'm guessing) Jennifer is very slippery. What I mean by it is that she'll change the price and nickel and dime you to death. Get everything in writing because she did this to me twice so it wasn't a coincident or "misunderstanding" as she called it.
Also make sure they spell out details on the work order or invoice and don't accept the "trust me" slogan so much, as it only means she'll get you later. I always have a problem with people that can't keep their word. And I ended up going out and looking for another vendor last minute. This created a huge scheduling problem for us. But she didn't really care. If you are decided on this company, try to deal directly with "Allen" as he seems to be the one to be straight up, but he is not easy to reach. Good luck

Customer service: NONEXISTENT. If you have a problem with your door after installation, don't think twice about calling to request a serviceperson. My fifth time calling today, and the saleslady Jennifer still claims that she can't get a hold of anyone to fix my door. She's very good at giving the runaround. Is it just me, or in these hard economical times NOBODY WANTS YOUR BUSINESS. Heachache after headache. I wouldn't bother with this irresponsible company.
