We wanted bottom up shades, but not honeycombs. After getting the run around from multiple local companies, we finally found LUTEK online. From the first phone call, we have had exceptional service. Since there isn't a local dealer near us, we needed to do all of the measuring and installation ourselves. Needless to say, this meant endless support from LUTEK personnel.
They patiently answered our innumerable questions with exceptionally detailed emails and phone calls. (Thanks Matt and Brent!). Best of all the shades are very high quality and look fabulous. It took us a year of searching to find LUTEK, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend them.

Kudos to the team at LuTek Shading Systems on their outstanding customer support. From the first phone call until the technician left my home, it was a pleasure working with them. Obviously, I'd rather not need another repair but, if I do, I know that it will be handled courteously, promptly and professionally.

Extremely horrible customer service! I don't know where they get their employees, or how they train them, but they have zero idea what is going on. From services being weeks late, wrong blinds being installed and having to be unistalled, to zero apology for their inability to get things right. I had to hire someone else to come finish the job they started in order for it to be right.
I would never recommend this company to anyone if they are looking to get what they want done when they want it done. You will regret it, and quite possibly have to hire someone else to finish what they started.
