When John Lutgen started a remodeling business in 1983, he did so with a single goal in mind: to give back by building a better community. Our experience with Lutgen Company of St Cloud MN was very positive. The window installers were professional and extremely curious. We are extremely happy with the finished project. We have used Lutgen twice now for new patio doors and new gutters with gutter guards installed. If you want a top notch service by polite and professional people then this is the company to use. They don't cut corners and will not recommend cheap fixes. All of their products and installations are guaranteed and you get peace of mind knowing the job was done right and done well. If you need work on your most valuable asset, your home then you should at least include Lutgen in your list of companies to quote you.

We had seven windows installed. Lutgen knows their stuff. They asked the right questions and had all the answers for us. The windows were delayed a while like everything else in the building world but they got them installed as soon as they came in. Did a great job. During the install they even checked out and repaired a minor issue (no fault of theirs) on a six year old window, and decided not to charge me for it. Great local company.

We had hail damage to our siding and roof in August. I called Lutgen the day after it happened and one of their guys, Derek, came out and met with me and the insurance adjuster. After reaching an agreement with the insurance, our house was resided and reroofed by the end of November, the first one done in our development. Lutgen did excellent work, their guys were very professional, cleaned up after installation and overall did exactly what they promised. We absolutely love our new roof, siding and gutters. I highly recommend Lutgen Companies.

Had a very good experience with Lutgen Companies re-roofing our house after recent hail storm damage. All aspects of the job were completed as we were told they would be including what time the roll off would arrive to when the roofers would start to when the job would be completed. Cleanup was excellent. All the people doing the job were pleasant and friendly.
We recommend Lutgen Companies for roofing and also remodeling. They replaced a sky light as the roof was being done. Excellent job and very quick so roofing was not interrupted. A special thank you to John Lutgen for all of his help. Everything looks great.

Lutgen (dba High Point Gutters) did an extraordinary job installing gutters on our new home. The team was effective, efficient, and exceptionally friendly. Their creativity in dealing with a very unique roofline design met our needs and fit with how we wanted the finished product to look. From initial contact, through estimating, scheduling, and installation, our expectations were exceeded every step of the way. Kudos on a job well done. :)
