Madison Windows was founded in 1993 by Daniel Kurtz in a two-car garage in Madison, New York. From 1993 through 2017, we manufactured and did installations of windows, doors, and siding. In 2018 we stopped the manufacturing of windows entirely because we were not able to improve our product to what we felt our customers deserved.

This was a great team kind, respectful & moved right along Under our old french doors it was rotted. They replaced the damage underlayment. The new sliding door looked great when done even replaced the trim on the inside. The two new windows were mached with existing windows perfectly awesome job Everything was clean & neat when done

Great company to work with. We ordered 13 windows and they installed them in one day. Crew was fast, efficient, very polite and did a great job cleaning up after themselves too. The receptionist at the office, Alexis, is great too. She has great people skills and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

This place is terrible. Daniel is a liar and a thief and likes to yell at people. After taking $21000 from me, he ghosted us on the day the work was supposed to start. This is a great business if you want to get robbed. I honestly don't know how they've kept themselves in business for this long. This man will break any contract for any reason he likes.
Usually it's because you've upset him in some way, like questioning a price on something, or phoned him on the wrong day. He's a very mercurial person. No one should use this business. He's a piece of garbage.

I've never had an experience so distasteful. Daniel Kurtz (The owner of Madison Vinyl Windows) came by Friday July 16th 2021 for an estimate on a window Install. I needed two large gable windows installed in my attic. Before the scheduled quote I explained that my contractor would create the frame and another company was making the windows. We needed their installation services because, as you can imagine, a crane of some sort would be needed to elevate and hold in place the large windows.
We also have other windows that needed to be replaced throughout the house. Upon arrival, Daniel saw the window cutouts and proceeded to work him self into a frenzy. He claimed that "he did not install other people's windows and that we are wasting his time". My wife tried to explain, but he would not let her get a word in. At that point, due to his unprofessional and aggressive behavior my wife politely told him that this isn't going to work and asked him to leave.
He started becoming more irate and raised his hand at her as if to back hand slap her. Please never use Madison Vinyl Windows. Daniel Kurtz is a bigoted coward. The photo below is of Daniel running off of my property. As a side note, Daniel, and I hope you are reading this, you can't just come to someone's house and disrespect their family. Things could of ended really badly for you.

Witnessed absolutely disgusting behavior from Daniel when he came to a friends house we were visiting to quote a simple window installation. After getting increasingly angrier and loosing all professional demeanor - saying his "time was being wasted" - he proceeded to raise his hand in threat to assault my friend with her 3-year-old daughter in her hand. Truly horrific and vile. Daniel is a predator.

I had madison windows replace 5 of my old windows in my home and I can't say enough good about this experience! The windows are beautiful and easy to use. I had trouble twice not knowing how to tilt the window out and get it back in and one wouldn't open after I did something////// BOTH times I called and they talked me through what to do and not making me feel dumb. Very kind and the quality is beautiful! Thank you again for the quality of service as well as your product!

Rude and Unfriendly - Warning! Warning to anyone considering purchase through Madison Vinyl. I am writing multiple reviews because this company has several listings on Yelp. We have been customers over several years, purchasing a houseful of windows and sliding glass door. I was shocked by the response when I called this summer about a problem with the door and asked for replacement parts.
We were told we were on our own because the door is not manufactured by Madison Vinyl or their supplier. When I asked again for more information, specifically, the website for the manufacturer, the owner, got angry and shouted that he had no information. He said he had no time for annoying people like me and actually hung up. I will never do business with them again!
