Critical: Quality Not a lot of communication at this business. Trying to figure out exactly what I was buying was not easy. Mismeasured my door jams. Not impressed with this business at all. I do not recommend them Service: General door installation

After getting a quote from another company (that would have paid for year of college tuition) Mt View came in with an estimate less than a third of that. The guys installing were friendly and very efficient. They had four windows replaced in a couple hours. But I think the true test of a business is how they handle problems. One of the blind brackets was put back in the wrong place and I was unable to move it myself so I called Mountain View to come and fix it. Mike came right out and after having some trouble with it himself, remedied the situation. I really appreciated the prompt and pleasant service. They did a great job all around and I highly recommend them.

Rep was personable, arrived on time, spent a lot of time discussing our needs for replacement glass for our bay window and front door. Didn't get back to us in promised time. Called and told due to staff problems. Finally got estimate 2 days later. It was for only one window, no door info. While waiting we got another estimate which was 1/2 the Mountain View one. Not sure what happened. We really wanted to go with them.

We had a good experience with Mountain View Window & Door when upgrading our front door a few years ago, so we hired them to replace most of the windows in our house and we are happy with the result. The windows took five months to arrive because of circumstances beyond Mountain View's control, but once here it took less than a day for the three-person crew to install them.

One of the pluses with Mountain View is their installers work for the company. The job isn't contracted out to a third party. And these installers know what they're doing and were polite and respectful. I highly recommend Mountain View.

I couldn't be happier with MV Windows and Doors. Great experience from beginning to end. They are very responsive. The owner gave me a new idea for trim. The installers were friendly and clean. My windows look tres chic.

Mt. View Windows & Doors is an excellent contractor for upgrading your home. Installers were professional and extremely skilled. We had interior paint done recently, and the installation was done without any damage to newly painted window trim. The new windows (and 2 interior doors) are beautiful, quality product that really improved our 30+ year old home. Great job, thank you!

They arrived on time to install the windows, were friendly, courteous, and left the areas probably cleaner than when they started. The entire house was finished in a day. Plus they took the old windows to Habitat for Humanity for (hopefully) re-use. All in all, we were pleased and impressed with Mountain View! Service: Window installation

They have been amazing from the first moment. It was really easy to schedule an appointment even with my difficult schedule. Ray came on time and was very knowledgeable. He took the time with us, he explained what type of windows to put in our 1905 house so that it looks like they have always been here. He spent maybe an hour here, measured everything, went to his van and 10 minutes later we had a printed quote.

We chatted for good 10 minutes about fixer uppers and local craftsman doing siding and molding and all the good stuff. We decided to go with them, even thought we got a slightly cheaper quote several days earlier from another company. The windows were ready in 5 weeks without a day (we were told ahead they were busy). Two guys came and installed 14 windows in about 8 hours.

They were clean, did not damage anything and did a wonderful job! I dreaded dust and just a mess but I came in and all was nice and clean and as I left it. We got the windows cleaned for free by a contracted company. We were not as satisfied with them but that is a different story. Niki has been very helpful with getting all our paperwork ready for the Energy Trust of Oregon, so we can get our refund back.

We are very pleased that they mentioned it from minute one that we can get money back on this upgrade. It makes it all that much nicer. We love our new windows, they make world of a difference in keeping the home cool as our old home doesn't have an AC, on top of that they look amazing. In 2016 we purchased a 30 year old home with grid windows in every room. We knew replacing the grid windows for higher grade UV clear windows would be on our remodel list. We got multiple bids but found Roy @ Mountain View addressed everything we wanted including color gradients on the transom window in the back. This is why we went with this company, "DETAILS" were addressed.new casings that had to match, exterior painting, suggestions on uniform design.and their cost was lower than the other bids.

Our 3 man crew was stellar - they arrived on time, installed everything in 1 day, and replaced a transom window which had a factory defect in two weeks. They also left our home as clean as a whistle. Besides modernizing the overall look (no more grids) the windows have added VALUE to our home. We are thrilled to look thru clear glass; the new windows protect our furniture from sun damage, and no more condensation on the frames! Mountain View did an outstanding job from start to finish.great products, knowledgeable staff, excellent execution, and money well spent.

Excellent doors & windows. Everything from vinyl to real wood. Normal wait times for custom orders. Speedy service for home evaluation. I can tell you the the windows we purchased 14 years ago are the best still today. I can't wait to get my new doors too!
