MRV is a local company and During this time of pandemic we wanted to support a local "small" company. They were quick to give us a response as well as answer our questions regarding what doors would be available for our custom size front door. They checked and double checked what was available and had our storm/screen door ordered and delivered all within a week and a half! We would recommend MRV to anyone looking for service to their house and we most certainly will be using them for any future endeavors to our house! Job well done!

Well.let's just start off with the fact that I needed 2 windows. ASAP.due to one of them shattering on Thanksging night. It was going to take Lowe's 8 wks for them to come in, and MRV in Newark, OH, said 2 wks. So, knowing I needed all new windows, siding and doors, ( and I'd already had an estimate from Lowe's) I had Jason with MRV come out to give me an estimate for everything. (Their timeframe on everything was pretty much 3wks) Jason said he'd get me the estimate as soon as possible. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AGO!
I had left several messages with Jason and MRV. MRV said they would find out what happened and get back to me. Jason never did respond to my messages, neither did MRV! So.at this rate I could've already had my stuff installed with Lowes! This place seems to be a joke, and not professional at all! You wasted my time having you out here to do the estimation!
Terrible customer service! If you can't do the job, then just say you can't! Man up and have some consideration for the people who are waiting on you, and who are paying you! You're lucky you got one star! The only recommendation I'll be giving. Is for people to go somewhere else! Melissa Osborn
