I waited a few weeks to write this review to give them some time to fix what needed to be fixed. I am seeing that since they have been paid they have zero interest in the quality of the work they have done. My master bedroom window looks terrible and the new screen they installed on the sliding glass door doesn't even close. The worker drilled so many holes in the frame of the door and still left knowing that it didn't close or latch!
I have made several calls to get them to fix and so far nobody has come out. They came into my house without masks on during a pandemic which was very rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I would give zero Stars if I could. When I arrived home to my apartment at 4: 45 p. M., They were parked in my space in the parking lot. They weren't even working on my apartment unit! And when I called their office to complain, I was told that they sometimes do that when it's the middle of the day. I'm not sure what his frame of reference is for the middle of the day. But you can't assume what anybody's schedule is.

The whole house window project was great and we are very happy with the technician. Our problem lies with the fact that one of crank windows does not fully close. Scott, the salesman, claims that the window representative was unavailable and so he would close it for us (I'm afraid that any warrantee will be null and void if I force it closed). Scott has been contacted three times about this but so far, in the two and a half months since the windows were installed, no action. I purposely chose not to include Nelson Window in presenting a bid for some storm windows at my church because of this. Carolyn Monzingo

We have a 15 year old house with a leaky window pane. We asked for a quote to replace glass in one window in October and Nelson said they would send someone out. We called Nelson every two weeks until they finally came out in December. They then ordered the wrong glass and stopped communicating. Last week, we called them, and we were told this glass cannot be made by their supplier. We do not have special windows and we had to call them. Hard to get good help, I'm sure!
