I called 3 times. Each time someone said that "someone" would call back but no one ever returned my call. On my 4th call, I spoke w. Sean Sullivan, who was appallingly rude. He would not honor the written guarantee on the windows NEWS had installed. AVOID this vendor!

We renovated a house in 2009 and installed all new windows from New England Window Systems. Within a few months, we noticed issues, specifically the insulation was being ripped by the closing mechanism of the windows, some of the windows didn't close properly. When we asked the company to help us fix the issues, they were unresponsive. It has now been 2 years since we started this process, we still have leaky windows and one of them that we actually cannot open anymore due to a "fix" that New England Window did, to try and solve the problem. We were told by New England Windows that the problem were the hinges, they were not strong enough for the size of the windows. But no solution was offered.
