Nofziger Door Sales

One of the rollers on my garage door came off the rail, leaving me unable to bring the door back down. My usual garage door company didn't return my call, so based on the recommendation of a friend I called Nofziger. Nofziger happened to have one of their experts in my town on another service call and was able to work my door malfunction in within just a couple of hours. Dennis quickly identified and explained the problems (one hinge had failed, leading to its roller derailing, plus he found a second hinge on the opposite rail that needed to be replaced). In 20 minutes, he replaced both hinges, reset the garage door opener, and lubricated the chains. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Poor communication and lack of follow thru on keeping their word. I've never given a 1 star review but this company deserves it. In October 2021 I contacted this company to purchase a garage door. At that point in time I was told they were 5-6 months wait and there was no guarantee with that. So I asked if they would install my garage door if I ordered elsewhere.

They were fine with that because we have 5 more garage doors they could service. Therefore I ordered a high quality door and all the parts. Fast forward to December. We now have our door so I call them to schedule an appointment. They were going to return my call but didn't. After another couple weeks goes by I call them back. They finally give me a timeline of end of February (when I was originally told a 2 week wait to install).

Apparently the fellow I was speaking with was going to look at his schedule and call me back if he had something better. Another week goes by with no call back. I call again and the fellow is not there so he calls me back later and tells me it will be March because I didn't order the door from him so I get put at the end of the line. After being tired of getting pushed around I made the decision not to do business with Nofziger as it seems they do whatever is convenient for them at the time.

If this is how they do business I certainly don't want them servicing anything of ours. Who knows what the invoice would look; let alone the quality of workmanship or the ability to stand behind their work. I truly hope they're able to turn things around as this is not the way business should be conducted.

In June 2020 replaced our garage door that was original to our home built in 1959. They were efficient, well organized and left the area immaculate. The door looks beautiful. A few days ago one of the remote door openers stopped working. I called Nofziger and the following morning at 9:10 am they were here to resolve the problem. Great service, great staff, great company.

Excellent. Jon has helped us with a couple jobs and both have been great experiences. He is very responsive with emails and thoroughly answered every question we had. He provided us with all the different options and explained them well. Our latest job was financially reasonable and the door itself looks phenomenal. It accents our house perfectly. Nofzinger installed our doors a couple of years ago and did a great job from the initial appointment to installation. Had a mishap yesterday that was our fault with our door and spoke to John and he was able to send our a repairman to resolve the issue pending a new bottom panel. Andrew came out and took care of it quickly. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Jon installed new doors on my home. I upgraded (very small cost) for the double insulated R Value. Well worth it. One of my favorite home improvements over the years and we have done everything from hickory floors to tile showers. Somehow, the value I received from Nofziger for my now warmer garage is tops on my list.

We have always had Nofziger Door service our garage doors and openers at our current and previous home. They have always done an excellent job for a fair price. When it came time to replace the original garage door and opener that was provided by our builder, Nofziger was the only company we called. They quickly gave us a detailed quote for the specific type and design of the door we wanted and for a new door opener.

After working out the details with Jon Nofziger, the door was ordered and then delivered when promised. The installers arrived on time and were very professional about removing the old door, installing the new one and leaving everything in order. They showed us all we needed to know about using the new door/opener and answered all of our questions.

The new door looks and works great. The new opener is so quiet that you don't hear a thing now when it opens or closes. We couldn't be happier with the installation. I suppose you can always find someone that might quote you a lower price, but you won't find anyone that can provide you with a better product, better installation or better service than Nofziger Door. I would recommend Nofziger Door to anyone in the market for a new garage door or in need of service for an old one.
