Northwest Window & Door - Mountlake Terrace, WA

They had excellent customer service every time I call.
I have recently updated my windows and doors to all new energy efficient products, and I chose to go with Northwest Window and Door co. I chose them because they are a local company, and they had an A + with the BBB.

When the sales representative came out to my home I was very impressed, he answered all my questions and was teaching me things about windows that I never knew before. He was very enjoyable to work with.

I had older aluminum framed windows and I couldn't even hardly see out of them any longer as they were double pane and the seal had broken. The windows now are just beautiful!! Its nice to be able to open up my new patio door also.

The guys that came and installed the windows and doors, Mike, Robert, and Al I think were just great, very friendly guys. Great to deal with, genuine hard workers, and just all around made the experience enjoyable.

What a miserable company Northwest Window and Door is. They maintain one of the worst customer service and inefficient companies I've ever dealt with. Their workers are unskilled and the owners are unethical. Stay far away from this shoddy operation. You can buy any window they sell from another installer. Please find a better one that Northwest Window and Doors!
