Supposed to be a high quality roof that we paid premium bucks for: two years later it is still leaking. They are responsive, and have been out several times, but the leak continues. They have been called again today. I cannot recommend this company, nor will we used them again.

We were trying to find someone to enclose our screened porch and having no luck. Then we found NRG. What a difference! Their friendly service and quality work was excellent! We are very happy with our new window enclosed back porch. If you need some repairs or changes in your living arrangement, you won't go wrong by contacting and using NRG.

I have just finished the process of putting a Sun Room on my house. NRG was my choice company. Because I have used them before. As like the last time. NRG has not failed to do a wonderful job. I would recommend them. They are getting 5 Stars only because I can't give them 6 Gentlemen keep up the good work

NRG did a great job on converting our screen porch into a vinyl sunroom. It added an additional room to our home and will keep out the elements like rain and pollen. The staff were on time, did a great job and were thorough. Thanks again NRG.

Their salesman will tell you that they will do everything you discuss but, when the project starts it's a whole different story with these CROOKS. Scott the salesman went over everything with my husband and I, on 3 visits, and in great detail, then on the contract/quote wrote 6 short lines. On the job, Steve and Scott told me, M'am that's not in your contract.

And so did Razzie the owner's son. Wow! Maybe they have something against people who actively work to protect them and the community? so they treat them this bad. Instead of PVC trim as agreed to on 3 separate visits to go over the project Scott knew very well we wanted PVC and not that flimsy coil metal (that we did not agree to) but that's what they used and they even put dents in while working with it.

The only way to fix it is to rip it all out. Their building is not to correct code either, or they cut corner to increase their bottom line. Steve in fact told the crew to "hurrry up and roll out the vapor barrier and get the hardy board up before I come back out and see that they didn't put any ply wood." The actual crew members told me this after the job was completed because Steve wasn't there at that time.

Their own crew told me this. Don't waste your time, your money, or your stress. The door that they had to install, they didn't even frame it to size, left it as is. There are 2inch gaps from the door to the frame, Feeling secure and safe? Then they filled the gaps with foam. I have photos. They have many complaints from many people and I feel you need to hear the truth of our recent experience.

We were also clear with Scott, if you need to pull a building permit please do it. He said no we should be fine we don't need to do it for this job. Well turns out, yes you do, and should have. I wonder if the building department knows how many remodels they have done without pulling permits? Other crew members said they do that on purpose because it would take too long to get the permits.

This is a serious violation. Now we are stuck redoing all this garbage work. so much for us trying to create a nice home for our family and our young children. Stay safe folks, choose wisely, not this group! Watch you will see a reply from william stickland, I can just about predict how it will go, 'Oh there must have been a miscommunication. Choose someone better even if they charge you more. No building permit, how will hold them to doing the job to code?

My husband and I chose NRG to replace our 15 yr old screened patio enclosure with vertical 4 track vinyl windows and a glass door. We were tired of sharing our room with driving rains and most of all POLLEN. Now we have a room we'll be able to enjoy throughout the year. Initially we had concerns because the frame of the original screen enclosure wasn't set as it should have been on the footer for the patio. Razzie assured us it wouldn't be a problem to make the necessary adjustments and, needless to say, our worries were for nothing. The room turned out better than I expected and I appreciate the hard work and attention given to our job. Thanks to all at NRG!

Hired this company to build a big screen room on the front of my house. They did a great job. Their workers were fast and reliable. When done, they cleaned the yard up and it looks better than before they started. Would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond even when I made changes. They even pulled the permit for me and got it pretty quickly. They are the best.

I am really disappointed in this company. I have had two House's remodeled on the outside and spent many thousands of dollars with them. The reason I have used them are the products and quality of work preformed were great and I was very happy to have a extremely long warranty. Being a contractor myself with a very high end client base, I have referred hundreds of my customers to them over the past 20 yrs.

I will never refer another customer of mine and will never use this company again after being talked to so rudely by the owner William Strickland. The problem started with us calling about repair work to our sun room they built. After 1 year of trying to get someone out to look at the corrosion appearing on the wall attached to my back deck. We took pictures and sent them to bill, he stated that we must have used chemicals to clean our deck causing the problem.

I assured him I did not uses chemicals and that it was only happing were they wrapped the aluminum around my pressure treated wood. He stated it would not cause a chemical reaction with pressure treated wood and he was not fixing it. I then said ok I need to get it fixed anyway, even being disappointed. I had other work to do at the house siding damage and a few other things.

We called back and they sent a guy josh out to look at putting a new deck down and I showed the area of the room were it was falling apart corroding. He stated they should have never wrapped the aluminum around the PT deck it will cause a chemical reaction and fall apart. So the owner Bill gives me a call back and says Josh is a great employee butt has a 10 th grade education, and he can assure me that he owns 100 percent of his company and will not fix the issue and he would prefer that I call someone else. WELL I did and they all agree it is your company's fault and you should have taken care of the minor issue and never put aluminum around PT wood.

I can't believe the way you treat your customers. I can promise you I have never treated mine that way I would have done the other work and had my guys fix the sorry workmanship. Oh yea I didn't even ask you to do it for free, I said I would pay your estimate On the bill cause I'm in a bind and needed it done. Then the rude comment came.

I really don't want to fix your problems. GET SOMEONE ELSE. What kind of a customer service is this. I will never refer your company again. Stay away people! ONE more thing, I would never talk about my employees that way, can't believe anyone works for you!

If you are ok with them taking advantage of the elderly then hire them. The owner has no oversight whatsoever. They send a workers that have no idea what they are doing. They replace a florida room on my mothers house and did not have the roof pitch correct so they had to reorder some panels to match roof pitch of existing house. They never replaced the windows to match correct pitch and one of the windows had different tint.

They said they would fix but never did. So now she has a florida room with wrong angle windows that do not even match each other in tint. The door was off center from the steps this company is a joke perfect example of owner of company not being involved.

NRG recently completed a screen room for me and I am very happy with the final product and this company. I had another estimate with was about $200 less but the wait time was 8 months. I was told NRG was very expensive so I was hesitant to call for their quote but I really didn't want to miss another year not enjoying my pretty backyard view due to insects and rain.

My call was answered by a friendly young lady who set up a convenient appointment time. Scott called to see if I would be available a bit early as he was ahead of schedule. I loved that as I have a full schedule. He was friendly and answered all my questions. We set up financing with Ms. Laura, another gem in their office. Installation took a week longer than promised but it was better than waiting 8 months! Steve and his team were friendly, careful and got the job done in about two days.

I did have a leak but once I called Josh and his team came out and fixed it. Again, a great experience. I definitely recommend NRG as they did a beautiful job and were prompt in resolving any of my concerns. I love my screen room!

Renee Walker I've waited a year to review NRG and my vinyl glass sunroom to make sure I am still pleased. Wow, I love it! Everyone who sees it asks about it and I definitely always recommend NRG and their team. They were up front about suggestions, costs, and expectations. Their work is beautiful.

I have been using NRG for about 6 years now. They have installed awnings, picture windows, repaired my screens, and screen door. Most recently was the picture windows, which were installed quickly and perfectly. One of the windows came with a scratch and they pointed it out to me and ordered a new one. They are always on time and do a great job. I use them exclusively for all my needs and will continue. Very good company and employees.

I worked with Mr. Strickland and the NRG team on installing the Ez-Breeze Window system in our existing aluminum patio room. Bottom line is - they are a one-stop shop for any patio window system and has transformed our patio into a brand new room. Mr. Strickland was very helpful and facilitated several calls from myself throughout the process. His team was very professional and went the extra mile for us.

We had some rain delays but the NRG team continued to update us on the status. My wife and I are very happy while friends and family are extremely impressed. I wouldn't hesitate calling the NRG team for anything in the future - you won't be disappointed about the experience.
