After 17 years of Installing Sliding doors I have come to the decision that the best Sliding door i have ever worked with is Manufacturerd by Ocean View. Ocean View Doors are made with the best quality materials Excellent workmanship and Excellent service I would not use any other Patio door other than Ocean View Patio Doors

The customer service from Oceanview doors was outstanding! The lock on our 5 year old sliding door was not engaging. Jerry tried to troubleshoot over the phone, and when that didn't work, he went the extra mile to ensure we received a brand new lock first thing the next morning. We have been very happy with the door and impressed with such a quick response and immediate fix.

We ordered a patio door from Oceanview and it has defects between the glass plates that you cannot remove. We received it back in July and they say they cannot replace because it is backorder which seems to be a permanent situation. They've been stringing us along for months and now it's winter time. Don't buy your doors from these guys because they have poor quality and they don't bother to fix the problem. I am filing a complaint now with the BBB.

I was looking through the website and noticed the "New Euro Lockset" handle. My handle is the older style rounded one. I headed in during the day and was able to buy the new handle in white. I was helped quickly and efficiently. It was easy to install myself and it looks great!. Thank you for your help.
